2026 Topps Chrome Sapphire Disney: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Chrome Sapphire Disney: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Chrome Sapphire Disney released July 22. Topps' product page calls it 2026 Topps Chrome Disney Sapphire Edition, a Sapphire version of this year's Topps Chrome Disney built on the same 200-card base set. Topps' current checklist file went up on July 21 and the odds sheet on release day. The sheet is short: one column, 54 lines of odds per pack, and no print runs. Six of its lines agree to the pack on 80,560 packs, and the signed autographs agree with each other on a slightly bigger figure, 81,787 or 81,788. From there we can check the print runs in our data, count the cards that carry no number, and see how much of each ladder made it into packs: 193 of the 200 base Padparadschas, every signed Padparadscha, and, as the sheet prints them, only 20 of the 29 facsimile Padparadschas.

The box

Topps sold the hobby box through draws on its site, three boxes at most per customer, with separate draws for sealed cases. Neither Topps' product page nor its draw page says how many packs are in a box or how many cards are in a pack. What the box does promise, printed on the front, is one Beauty and the Beast 35th Anniversary Sapphire card per box, and Topps' product page says every box includes one.

The sheet points to a box of eight packs, though it can't prove it. The base version of the Beauty and the Beast 35th Anniversary card falls 1:8 packs, and read the way this sheet rounds (more on that below), 1:8 means at least one for every eight packs. If a box holds eight packs, that's at least one base version per box on average, which squares with the one-per-box promise, plus a colored version in about one box in 19. A bigger box would square with it too, so every box figure in this piece assumes eight packs and would change with a different count.

What a pack holds, adding up the sheet's lines:

A signed autograph of any kind falls about once every 66 packs, about one every eight boxes if a box holds eight packs. Counting one base card, the sheet's lines add up to about 1.65 cards a pack. The base line only says at least one per pack, so if a pack holds more, the rest are more base cards, and Topps doesn't say how many.

The checklist

Not counting parallels, Topps' checklist runs 336 cards in 15 sets, with each dual, triple and quad autograph counted as one card.

The base set is the same 200 cards as the regular Topps Chrome Disney release, which Topps' product page says carries over, from Snow White at #1 to Hi-Tech Edition Buzz Lightyear at #200. Topps tags 20 of them as debuts: Kotu from Moana 2; six from Zootopia 2 (Gary De'Snake, Mayor Winddancer, Nibbles Maplestick, Pawbert Lynxley, Dr. Fuzzby and Robert Furwin); five from Hoppers (Mabel Beaver, King George, Mayor Jerry, Ellen Bear and Tom Lizard); Ooooo from Elio; Ares from Tron: Ares; and six from Toy Story 5 (Karen Beverly, Atlas, Snappy, Smarty Pants, Lilypad and Hi-Tech Edition Buzz Lightyear).

The inserts:

  • Beauty and the Beast 35th Anniversary, 10 cards: Belle, Maurice, Gaston, LeFou, The Beast, The Enchantress, Lumière, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts and Chip, and Philippe. This is the one-per-box card.
  • Hidden Gems, five: Snow White, Stitch, Forky, Ariel and Simba. Topps' product page calls it a classic insert, exclusive to Sapphire.
  • Infinite Sapphire, 10: Judy Hopps, Moana, Robin Hood, Anna, Tiana, Kuzco, Wreck-It Ralph, Tigger, Stitch and the Mad Hatter. Topps says it's new for Disney cards.
  • The Rose Shadowbox, a single card of the enchanted rose from Beauty and the Beast.
  • Mickey & Friends MLB Home Jersey Set, 30 cards numbered MLBH-31 to MLBH-60. Goofy plays for the 10 clubs in the NL West and AL West, Mickey Mouse for the 10 Central clubs and Donald Duck for the 10 East clubs. Topps' product page says the set is back for a second year with another set of teams.

None of the first three are in Topps' checklist for the regular Chrome Disney release.

Four sets carry facsimile signatures, printed on the card rather than signed, 29 cards in all:

  • Disney Chrome Facsimile Autographs, 15 characters: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Scrooge McDuck, Belle, Nemo, Sharpay Evans, Troy Bolton, Miguel, Ernesto de la Cruz, Moana, Elio Solís, Rapunzel and Mirabel.
  • Disney Chrome Facsimile Dual Autographs, six pairs: Mickey and Minnie, Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck, Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Miguel and Ernesto de la Cruz, Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez, and WALL-E and EVE.
  • Disney Chrome Facsimile Triple Autographs, five trios: Chip, Pluto and Dale; Elsa, Moana and Mirabel; Ariel, Mulan and Belle; Huey, Dewey and Louie; and Clarabelle Cow, Horace Horsecollar and Pete.
  • Disney Chrome Facsimile Quad Autographs, three: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto; Woody, Sulley, Mr. Incredible and Lightning McQueen; and Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay and Chad Danforth.

The signed cards, 51 in all, come from the voice actors and on-screen talent behind the characters. Topps' checklist lists each card by character and signer:

  • Authentic Autographs, 26 cards. Among them: Josh Gad as Olaf, Idina Menzel as Elsa, Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear, Will Smith as the Genie, Samuel L. Jackson as Frozone, Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski, Whoopi Goldberg as Shenzi, Mel Brooks as Melephant Brooks, and Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom as Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swann and William Turner. Ariel has two cards, Jodi Benson's and Halle Bailey's.
  • Disney Channel Autograph Variation, five: Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana, Raven-Symoné as Raven Baxter, Vanessa Hudgens as Gabriella Montez, and Demi Lovato and Alyson Stoner as Mitchie Torres and Caitlyn Gellar from Camp Rock.
  • Disney Dual Autographs, 10 pairs: Bambi and Thumper, Ariel and Prince Eric, Belle and the Beast, Aladdin and Jasmine, Hercules and Megara, Kuzco and Kronk, Woody and Buzz Lightyear, Ernesto de la Cruz and Héctor, Marlin and Nemo, and Ambassador Questa and Lord Grigon from Elio.
  • Disney Triple Autographs, seven trios: Bambi, Thumper and Flower; Belle, Gaston and the Beast; Jasmine, Jafar and Aladdin; Ariel, Belle and Jasmine; Mulan, Tiana and Moana; Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swann and William Turner; and Simba, Timon and Pumbaa.
  • Disney Quad Autographs, three: Tiana, Louis, Mama Odie and Ray from The Princess and the Frog; Ariel, Belle, Jasmine and Mulan; and Tiana, Merida, Moana and Raya.

The base ladder

Topps prints no runs on the sheet or the checklist, so the runs below are the ones in our data. Topps' preview images on its draw page back three runs across the set: a base card numbered 1/1, a Hidden Gems card numbered 1/5 and a Facsimile Quad Autographs card numbered 1/5. Odds per pack:

ParallelPrint run in our dataOdds

White Sapphire/301:14
Orange Sapphire/251:17
Black Sapphire/101:42
Red Sapphire/51:84
Padparadscha Sapphire1/11:418

The sheet prints the White line as 01:14:00, which reads as a spreadsheet's clock format for 1:14. If those runs hold, each character in the base set has seven numbered parallels, 220 numbered copies in all.

Every tier is spread over the same 200 cards, so if the runs are right, run times 200 times odds should come out about the same for each. The White is 30 times 200 times 14, or 84,000. The Black and the Red are 84,000 too, the Orange 85,000 and the Padparadscha 83,600. The Gold (90,000) and the Green (99,000) sit higher, but short lines are loose: rounded up, 1:5 covers anything from just over 1:4 to 1:5.

How many packs the sheet covers

The one-of-one lines are the key: each counts one-of-ones, so the odds times the number of cards gives a pack count. The Rose Shadowbox is a single card, so its Black and Red lines count copies directly too:

LineCardsOddsCards x odds
The Rose Shadowbox Padparadscha11:80,56080,560
The Rose Shadowbox Red Sapphire /551:16,11280,560
The Rose Shadowbox Black Sapphire /10101:8,05680,560
Hidden Gems Padparadscha51:16,11280,560
Beauty and the Beast 35th Anniversary Padparadscha101:8,05680,560
Infinite Sapphire Padparadscha101:8,05680,560
Facsimile Quad Autographs Padparadscha31:26,85480,562
Base Padparadscha2001:41883,600

Six lines land on exactly 80,560, and the Quad Facsimile two packs over. The base Padparadscha comes to 83,600, which means not all 200 are in packs. More on that below.

The Rose pins the count on its own. It's a single card, so whichever way the sheet rounds, one card at 1:80,560 means 80,560 packs: 80,559 packs would print as 1:80,559 and 80,561 as 1:80,561. At 80,560 packs, the rest of the sheet shows its odds are rounded up. The Beauty and the Beast Purple: 144 cards make one every 559.4 packs, and the sheet prints 1:560. Rounded to the nearest number it would read 1:559, and no whole number of cards rounds to 1:560 that way (143 cards would be 1:563.4). The base Padparadscha agrees: 193 cards make one every 417.4 packs, which reads 1:418 only when rounded up. Read that way, every line outside the signed autographs fits 80,560 packs, and no other pack count fits them all. Rounding up also means a count worked back from the odds is a floor: a line at 1:5 means one in five packs or a little better.

So the sheet covers 80,560 packs. If a box holds eight packs, that's 10,070 boxes. Topps hasn't said how many packs a box holds, so the box figure leans on the one-per-box Beauty and the Beast card and stays an assumption.

The signed autographs tell a slightly different story. Their Padparadscha lines agree with each other, not with 80,560:

LineCardsOddsCards x odds
Authentic Autographs Padparadscha261:3,14681,796
Disney Channel Autograph Variation Padparadscha51:16,35881,790
Disney Dual Autographs Padparadscha101:8,17981,790
Disney Triple Autographs Padparadscha71:11,68481,788
Disney Quad Autographs Padparadscha31:27,26381,789

Read the way the sheet rounds, all five fit only 81,787 or 81,788 packs, with every signed Padparadscha in packs. At 80,560 they don't work: the Authentic Autographs line would mean 25.6 one-of-ones. So the signed lines fit a pack count about 1,230 higher, 1.5 percent more, and the sheet doesn't say why. Three signed lines fit 80,560 instead: the Disney Channel Black (49 cards), the Triple Red (34) and the Quad base version (15). The counts below use whichever figure each line fits, and they come out the same at 81,787 and 81,788. Either way, the gap between 80,560 and the signed count is worth about seven cards on the Authentic Autographs base version, about three on its Black and a card or two at most on the rest.

Not every numbered card is in a pack

Here's what the odds put in packs at 80,560 packs, against what the runs in our data would print on 200 characters. Each range runs from the floor the odds give up to the most the line allows before it would print one number lower, or the full run, whichever is lower.

Base tierPrinted (200 characters)In packsShare
Green Sapphire /9919,80016,112 to 19,80081 to 100%
Gold Sapphire /5010,0008,952 to 10,00090 to 100%
White Sapphire /306,0005,755 to 6,00096 to 100%
Orange Sapphire /255,0004,739 to 5,00095 to 100%
Black Sapphire /102,0001,919 to 1,96496 to 98%
Red Sapphire /51,000960 to 97096 to 97%
Padparadscha Sapphire 1/120019396.5%

The base runs hold up. One share fits every tier at once: about 96.5 percent of each run in packs, 193 of the 200 Padparadschas. At that share every line comes out as printed: 965 Reds, 1,930 Blacks, 4,825 Oranges, 5,790 Whites, 9,650 Golds and 19,107 Greens. A wrong run would stick out. A White at /25 would print 5,000, fewer than the 5,755 the odds already put in packs, and at /35 the odds would put only 82 to 89 percent of it in packs. An Orange at /30 would come to 79 to 84 percent.

The odds can't say where the other 3.5 percent goes. Seven characters with no parallels at all would give the same counts as every tier running 3.5 percent short. Topps' note on the sheet says a character on the checklist isn't guaranteed to appear in every parallel.

The inserts come up a little short too. The Beauty and the Beast 35th Anniversary lines put all 10 Padparadschas in packs, 47 of the 50 Reds, 96 of the 100 Blacks, 144 of the 150 Purples and 240 of the 250 Oranges, 94 to 96 percent of each colored tier. Hidden Gems puts all five Padparadschas in packs, 47 of the 50 Onyx and 22 of the 25 Ruby. Infinite Sapphire puts all 10 Padparadschas in packs. The Rose Shadowbox is complete: 10 Blacks, five Reds and the Padparadscha.

The facsimile Padparadschas come up short, as the sheet prints them. Every count here is the only whole number that fits its line. Six Duals at /5 is 30 cards, for example. At 80,560 packs, 27 of them make one every 2,983.7 packs, which the sheet prints as 1:2,984, and no other whole number of cards does.

SetRed Sapphire /5Padparadscha 1/1
Disney Chrome Facsimile Autographs (15)71 of 7512 of 15
Disney Chrome Facsimile Dual Autographs (6)27 of 303 of 6
Disney Chrome Facsimile Triple Autographs (5)22 of 252 of 5
Disney Chrome Facsimile Quad Autographs (3)12 of 153 of 3

Three of the four Padparadscha lines come up exactly three cards short, and so do three of the four Reds (the single-character Red is four short). Only the Quad Padparadscha is complete. Three short is also where the Hidden Gems Onyx and Ruby and the Beauty and the Beast Red land. On the Duals and Triples, though, three short is half or more of the set's one-of-ones. The Dual Padparadscha line is the odd one on the sheet. It prints 1:26,854, the same figure as the Quad Padparadscha line, where it fits all three Quads. On six Duals the same figure means only three in packs; with all six in packs the line would read 1:13,427. The sheet doesn't explain the match, so the Dual count stands as the sheet prints it, not as settled. Either some facsimile Padparadschas stay out of packs, or the sheet's facsimile lines don't agree with the checklist, and the sheet doesn't say which.

The signed autographs are close to complete. Using 81,787 or 81,788 packs for the lines that fit them and 80,560 for the three that don't:

SetBlack Sapphire /10Red Sapphire /5Padparadscha 1/1

Disney Triple Autographs (7)-34 of 357 of 7
Disney Quad Autographs (3)-15 of 153 of 3

Every Padparadscha is in packs, and so is every Red but six. The Authentic Autographs Black is the outlier, about 85 percent of a /10 on all 26 signers, about four signers' worth short.

Most of the base versions are scarce, and several land right on a numbered tier's count. The Triple and Quad autograph base versions come to five copies per card, the same as their Red /5. The Disney Channel base comes to 10 per signer, the same as its Black /10. The facsimile base versions, the Dual autograph base and the MLB Home Jersey cards all come to 9 to 10 per card. Topps gives no run for any of them, and the Olaf at the top of this piece and the Donald Duck above show no serial number. Hidden Gems Emerald, at about 48 per card, is close to what a /50 would put in packs at the base ladder's share, but it has no run either.

Infinite Sapphire comes to about 101 per card, more than a Green Sapphire /99. The Beauty and the Beast base version is 1:8, at least one for every eight packs: at least 10,070 in all, at least 1,007 per card. If a box holds eight packs, 10,070 is one per box.

The Blue Sapphire base falls 1:1, and with the sheet rounding up, that means at least one for every pack: at least 80,560 in packs, or at least about 403 for each of the 200 characters. Topps doesn't list how many cards are in a pack, so the base set can't be counted past that floor.

The rarest pulls

The toughest line on the sheet is The Rose Shadowbox Padparadscha at 1:80,560 packs, one copy in the whole run, one in 10,070 boxes if a box holds eight packs. Counting every version, The Rose comes to about 50 cards: 34 base, 10 Black, five Red and the Padparadscha.

Next are the Facsimile Triple Autographs Padparadscha at 1:40,280 (two in packs), the Disney Quad Autographs Padparadscha at 1:27,263 (three, one of each quad), and the Facsimile Dual and Quad Padparadschas at 1:26,854 (three each, taking the Dual line as printed). The Disney Channel Padparadscha falls 1:16,358, five cards, one each of Cyrus, Lovato, Stoner, Raven-Symoné and Hudgens. The Hidden Gems Padparadscha and The Rose Red share 1:16,112.

The Disney Quad Autographs, with four signers on every card, come to 33 cards in all: 15 base, 15 Red and three Padparadschas.

If every card in a set with a Padparadscha line had one, the product would have 306 one-of-ones. The odds put about 290 of them in packs: 193 base, 10 Beauty and the Beast, 10 Infinite Sapphire, five Hidden Gems, The Rose, 20 facsimile autographs and all 51 signed autographs. That's about one every 278 packs, or about one every 35 boxes if a box holds eight packs.

What to watch

The things we're watching: Topps' pack configuration, which would confirm the box count and turn the base floor into a count; the facsimile Padparadscha lines, the Duals and Triples above all; why the signed autograph lines run on a bigger pack count than the rest of the sheet; serial numbers on the base versions of the autographs, the facsimiles and the MLB Home Jersey cards; and which base characters, if any, skip the parallels. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

The full checklist and every parallel with its print run and odds are on the 2026 Topps Chrome Sapphire Disney release page. The page lists each dual, triple and quad autograph once per character, so its card count runs higher than Topps' 336. You can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
