2026 Topps Chrome Football: Checklist, Parallels and Print Runs

2026 Topps Chrome Football releases November 18 in hobby, Jumbo, Delight, Hanger, Value and Mega boxes, per Topps. Topps' checklist and sell sheet are out, but the odds sheet isn't yet, so this first version covers what those two already settle: the formats, all 2,367 cards on the checklist, and the serial-numbered print runs Topps has listed, section by section. If every one of the 400 base cards gets every parallel on Topps' eight base ladders, each has 4,766 numbered copies, about 1.9 million numbered base parallels in all. How many packs were made, how many copies of each base card exist and how rare every unnumbered card is wait for the odds sheet.

The box

Topps' sell sheet lists six formats:

FormatPacksCards per packAutographs
Hobby204one per box
Jumbo1211two per box
Delight112two per box
Hanger114count not stated
Value74two per case
Mega67two per case

A hobby box holds 80 cards, a Jumbo box 132. The base set is 400 cards, so no single box completes it. Value and Mega boxes promise their two autographs per case, not per box. The hobby box itself says to look for one autograph per box and that it may contain redemption cards.

Each format has its own parallels and its own part of the insert checklist:

  • Hobby gets the Prism Refractors and the Lombardi Trophy SuperFractor. Hobby and Jumbo share the Neon Burst.
  • Jumbo gets the Wave Refractor ladder.
  • Delight gets the Geometric Refractors, including a Tie Dye /2. Plain base cards aren't in Delight boxes.
  • Hanger gets the Pulsar Refractors.
  • Value gets the Ray Wave, Red, White and Blue, and Football Leather Refractors.
  • Mega gets the X-Fractors, including Hot Pink and Lime Green.

The inserts split the same way. 1991 Topps Football, Gridlock, Future Stars, Power Players, Shadow Etch, Chrome Radiating Rookies, Game Genies, Day 1, the Team Camo variations and the Etch variations are in hobby, Jumbo and Delight only. Activators, Touchdown Theory, Serenity, Ball of Duty, Vibes, Glass Canvas, Lightning Leaders and the Lightboard Logo variations are in Hanger, Value and Mega only. All Chrome Team, Instinct, Destiny, the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Chrome Football throwbacks, Helix, Tecmo, Kaiju, Ultra Violet, Madden 99 Club, Super Bowl at Night and every autograph are in all six.

The checklist

The base set is 400 cards: 300 non-rookies (#1 to #300, team by team) and 100 rookies (#301 to #400). Topps leads with Fernando Mendoza (#351, Raiders), Jeremiyah Love (#302, Cardinals), Carnell Tate (#396, Titans), Jordyn Tyson (#369, Saints) and Caleb Downs (#328, Cowboys). The rest of the class includes Arvell Reese (#374), David Bailey (#379), Makai Lemon (#381), KC Concepcion (#323), Ty Simpson (#357), Carson Beck (#301), Cade Klubnik (#376), Drew Allar (#383) and Sonny Styles (#400).

Mendoza is the most-featured rookie in the set, with 23 cards beyond his base, Team Camo and Lightboard Logo cards, then Tate (20), Love (19), and Simpson and Tyson (16 each). On the veteran side, Josh Allen leads with 20, then Jaxon Smith-Njigba (17), and Matthew Stafford and Drake Maye (16 each). Topps also names CeeDee Lamb (#78), Jahmyr Gibbs (#96) and Myles Garrett (#71) as headliners. Garrett's base card lists him as a Ram; his Award Winners card says Browns.

The variations:

  • Team Camo Variations, all 400 base cards, rookies included. Hobby, Jumbo and Delight.
  • Lightboard Logo Variations, all 400, in Hanger, Value and Mega.
  • Image Variations, 50 cards (30 veterans, 20 rookies).
  • Chrome Etch Variations, 50 cards (25 veterans, 25 rookies).
  • Award Winners Base Variations, five cards: Stafford, Smith-Njigba, Tetairoa McMillan, Garrett and Carson Schwesinger.

The inserts: Instinct (40), Destiny (35, all rookies), Vibes (30), 1991 Topps Football, Activators, All Chrome Team, Ball of Duty, Fanatical, Future Stars, Game Genies, Glass Canvas, Gridlock, Power Players, Serenity and Touchdown Theory (25 each), Chrome Radiating Rookies, Lightning Leaders and Ultra Violet (20 each), Tecmo (17), Helix, Shadow Etch and Super Bowl at Night (15 each), Day 1 and Kaiju (10 each), Madden 99 Club (6), and five cards each of 2016, 2017 and 2018 Chrome Football. Two single cards round it out: an MVP Buyback card of Stafford, #174, and the Lombardi Trophy SuperFractor, a Seahawks team card. Fanatical isn't on Topps' sell sheet, so its formats and parallels aren't known yet.

New this year, per Topps: Glass Canvas, Madden 99 Club and Super Bowl at Night. Helix, Ultra Violet and Chrome Radiating Rookies return, alongside the football-only Game Genies, Kaiju and Tecmo.

The autographs:

  • Rookie Variation Autographs, 135 rookies in one Topps section: 92 cards numbered RVA- for rookies in the base set, and 43 numbered RRA- for rookies who have no base card.
  • Base Variation Autographs, 79 veterans.
  • Chrome Legends Autographs (48), Hall of Chrome Autographs (25), Chromographs (24, five rookies), 1991 Topps Football Autographs (22, five rookies), Future Stars Autographs (18) and Tecmo Autographs (13).
  • Dual Autographs, 15 pairings, from Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase to Mendoza and Simpson and Tate and Tyson. Five are all-rookie pairs.
  • Class of 26 Autographs (Adam Vinatieri, Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, Roger Craig) and Ring of Honor Autographs (Joe Flacco, Malcolm Smith, Von Miller and two Tom Brady cards), five cards each.
  • Gold Shield Autographs, five cards, the NFL Honors signatures Topps highlights: Schwesinger, Smith-Njigba, Garrett, Stafford and McMillan.

The same five have Gold Shield relic cards. Topps' checklist also lists 93 Fanatics Authentics Redemption cards.

The base print runs

These figures assume every one of the 400 cards gets every parallel. Rookies share the base ladders.

The main ladder runs in every format:

ParallelRunCopies across the 400 cards
Lavender Refractor/299119,600
Yellow Refractor/275110,000
Pink Refractor/250100,000
Aqua Refractor/19979,600
Blue Refractor/15060,000
Green Refractor/9939,600
Purple Refractor/7530,000
Gold Refractor/5020,000
White Refractor/3012,000
Orange Refractor/2510,000
Black Refractor/104,000
Red Refractor/52,000
FrozenFractor/52,000
SuperFractor1/1400

That's 1,473 numbered copies of each base card and 589,200 in all. The Lava Refractors run in every format too, Aqua /199 down to Red /5.

Then the other seven ladders:

LadderWhereRunsPer cardAcross 400
Lavaall formatsAqua /199, Blue /150, Green /99, Purple /75, Gold /50, White /30, Orange /25, Black /10, Red /5643257,200

GeometricDelightPurple /75, Gold /50, White /30, Orange /25, Black /10, Red /5, Tie Dye /219778,800

So each base card has 4,766 numbered copies across the eight ladders, about 1.9 million in all. Each card has one SuperFractor and two copies of its Tie Dye Geometric, and eight separate /5 parallels (Red, FrozenFractor, Red Lava, Red Wave, Red X-Fractor, Red Ray Wave, Football Leather Red and Red Geometric), 40 copies at /5.

Each line also has unnumbered versions: the Refractor, Prism (hobby), Neon Burst (hobby and Jumbo), Wave (Jumbo), Geometric (Delight), Pulsar (Hanger), Ray Wave, Red, White and Blue, and Football Leather (Value), and the X-Fractor, Hot Pink X-Fractor and Lime Green X-Fractor (Mega). How many of those exist is a question for the odds sheet.

The Team Camo and Lightboard Logo variations have no numbered parallels.

The insert print runs

Topps uses three insert ladders, one for each group of formats.

Every insert in the first three groups also has a plain version (not in Delight) and an unnumbered Refractor. Mega adds an unnumbered X-Fractor to All Chrome Team, Instinct, Destiny, Activators, Touchdown Theory, Serenity and Ball of Duty, and Value adds an unnumbered Ray Wave to Activators, Touchdown Theory, Serenity and Ball of Duty.

The short prints have only a SuperFractor 1/1 numbered: Helix, Tecmo, Kaiju and Ultra Violet (hobby, Jumbo and Delight for the SuperFractor), Chrome Radiating Rookies, Game Genies and Day 1, and Vibes, Glass Canvas and Lightning Leaders. Super Bowl at Night has no numbered version. The Lombardi Trophy card is itself a SuperFractor, a hobby exclusive.

The autograph print runs

The two big autograph lines share one ladder: the Refractors start at /499, the Lava and Wave versions at /399, Delight adds Geometrics and the rookies add Ray Waves.

The plain autograph of each is unnumbered. Topps gives the Rookie Variation Autographs section one ladder, but the 43 RRA cards in it are rookies without a base card, and Topps doesn't say whether they get every parallel, so the count above covers the 92 RVA cards only.

The smaller lines and the Gold Shield relics:

LineCardsRunsPer cardIn all

Each Dual Autograph is one card with two signers, counted once. Not every signer always lands in every parallel, so treat the autograph totals as ceilings.

The scarcest numbered cards

The thinnest numbered cards so far:

  • The one-of-ones. Counting every line above, and assuming every card gets its SuperFractor, the set has 1,335 one-of-ones before printing plates and not counting the 43 RRA autographs: 400 base SuperFractors, 55 on the Image and Award Winners variations, 529 across the inserts (the single Lombardi Trophy card included) and 351 across the autographs.
  • Gold Shield Autographs. Five cards, one copy each, and the Gold Shield relics behind them at /3.
  • Tie Dye Geometric /2. The thinnest numbered parallel short of a one-of-one, on every base card, the Image Variations and the Base Variation, Rookie Variation, Chrome Legends, Hall of Chrome, 1991 Topps Football, Future Stars, Dual and Chromographs autographs. Delight only.
  • Tecmo Autographs. 13 signers, numbered to 10, plus a SuperFractor.
  • The rookie autographs. Every RVA-numbered rookie has five /5 parallels (Red, Red Lava, Red Wave, Red Ray Wave and Red Geometric), a Tie Dye /2 and a SuperFractor, 28 copies at /5 or lower.

What the odds sheet will settle

Topps hasn't said when the sheet will post. Once it's out, we'll add:

  • How many packs of each format were made.
  • How many copies of each base card exist.
  • Every unnumbered card: the Refractor, Prism, Neon Burst, Wave, Geometric, Pulsar, Ray Wave, Red, White and Blue, Football Leather and X-Fractor parallels, the Team Camo, Lightboard Logo, Image and Etch variations, and the base version of every insert and autograph.
  • The short prints, which carry no serial number in their base form: Helix, Tecmo, Kaiju, Ultra Violet, Game Genies, Day 1, Super Bowl at Night, Vibes, Glass Canvas, Lightning Leaders and Chrome Radiating Rookies.
  • The autograph odds. Hobby boxes promise one autograph and Jumbo and Delight boxes two; the sheet will give the odds by format.
  • Whether rookies get their own lines. Topps' checklist lists the 100 rookies as their own base section.

What to watch

The odds sheet first. After that, which parallels the 43 RRA rookie autographs get, and the first serials on the Ray Wave rookie autographs. We'll update this piece when the sheet posts. Checklists are Topps' intended configuration at the time of production, and actual contents can vary.

The full checklist and every parallel with its print run are on the 2026 Topps Chrome Football release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
