2026 Topps Universe WWE: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Universe WWE: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Universe WWE released September 11, and Topps posted the odds sheet on October 22, along with a new copy of the checklist. The sheet runs 323 lines in three columns (Hobby, Value and Mega), with odds per pack and no print runs. Every numbered line runs in all three formats, so no single line can count the hobby packs on its own. But each group of sets splits its cards across the formats in its own proportion, and the FoilFractor one-of-ones solve for all three counts at once: about 482,750 hobby packs (about 48,275 boxes), about 1.34 million Value packs and about 570,100 Mega packs, roughly 20.7 million cards in all. From there the sheet backs up the numbered runs in our data on the base set, Peak Performance and the nine main inserts, puts about 55,700 copies on each base card, and turns up a few hit lines that come up short or don't fit their runs (Legends Autographs, Ringside Relics and a handful of others, covered below).

2026 Topps Universe WWE Oba Femi base card FoilFractor numbered 1/1

The box

Topps' product pages list the hobby box at 12 cards per pack and 10 packs per box, 120 cards, with two autograph cards and one relic card per box. The Mega Box is 6 packs of 12 cards and the Value Box 6 packs of 6 cards. Each format has parallels of its own: Flare, Rings and RWB Stars in hobby, Galaxy in Value and Lightning in Mega. Topps sells sealed hobby and Mega cases; the box pages don't say how many boxes a case holds.

Add up the sheet's lines and here's what an average box holds. The base parallel rows are #1 to #200 only; each Peak Performance section has lines of its own, shown after this table:

The hobby lines come to about 2.2 signed cards a box (1.68 autographs and 0.54 autograph relics) and 1.04 relics, a little more than Topps' two and one, so read Topps' figures as a floor. A hit of any kind falls about once every 3.8 Value boxes and once every two Mega boxes.

The Value and Mega columns have no plain version of the nine main inserts. Those sets come only as Galaxy versions in Value packs and Lightning versions in Mega packs, so the plain version of each one is hobby only. The four single-line inserts (Alias, Flashpoint, Echoes and Slammed) do run in all three formats, and add about 0.1 of a card to a hobby box. The box itself calls Alias a case hit.

The checklist

Topps' checklist runs 922 names, which is 904 cards: the 18 Tag Team Relic Autographs each list both partners. Topps tags every card with a brand (Raw, SmackDown, NXT, Legend or WWE).

The base set is 300 cards in three groups. Base Cards I and II are #1 to #200, from John Cena at #1 to Randy Orton at #200, with Danhausen at #199. Topps tags 12 of them as rookies, among them Tyra Mae Steele, Skylar Raye, Shiloh Hill, Talla Tonga, Joe Hendry and Kale Dixon. Base Cards III, #201 to #300, is Peak Performance, which Topps splits into six sections:

  • LGD, 24 legends from Bray Wyatt (#201) to "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff (#224), with Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.
  • SPD, 19 cards (#225 to #243), from Nathan Frazer to Montez Ford.
  • PWR, 15 cards (#244 to #258), from Bron Breakker to Roman Reigns.
  • AGI, 20 cards (#259 to #278), from Shawn Michaels to Penta.
  • MIC, 15 cards (#279 to #293), from Paul Heyman to "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.
  • REF, seven referees (#294 to #300), from Charles Robinson to Danilo Anfibio. Topps tags three of them as rookies: Victoria D'Errico, Daphanie LaShaunn and Jessika Carr.

The inserts are 13 sets, 299 cards: We Are NXT (50 NXT superstars, 10 of them rookies), Hit My Music (30), Alias (30), Grand Entrances (25), Flashpoint (25), Slammed (24), Grander Scale (20), Namesakes (20), Echoes (20), To The Nines (17), Dazzling Debuts (15), Lucha Lucha Lucha (13, with El Grande Americano, Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, Penta and Rey Fenix) and Forever Factions (10: The Judgment Day, The Hart Foundation, The Ministry of Darkness, Damage CTRL, MFT, The Vision, Latino World Order, Alpha Academy, The Nation of Domination and The Heenan Family).

The autographs:

  • Universe Autographs, 45 signers, six of them rookies, from NXT names to legends like Jerry "The King" Lawler, Molly Holly and Tito Santana.
  • Legends Autographs, 29 legends, from Alundra Blayze to X-Pac, with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, The Rock, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Bret "Hit Man" Hart, Lita and Trish Stratus.
  • Next Level Autographs, 19 NXT signers, three of them rookies.
  • Seven anniversary sets, 21 cards in all: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin 30th Anniversary (3), The Rock 30th Anniversary (3), CM Punk 20th Anniversary (3), Dudley Boyz 30th Anniversary (4, two each of Bubba Ray and D-Von), nWo 30th Anniversary (4: Great Muta, Lex Luger, Michael Wallstreet and Stevie Ray), Lita 25th Anniversary (2) and Trish Stratus 25th Anniversary (2).

The autograph relics are Superstar Relic Signatures (37), Worldwide Relic Autographs (25), Tag Team Relic Autographs (18 dual cards, among them CM Punk and AJ Lee, Sol Ruca and Zaria, and Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) and Title Marks Relic Signatures (15, which the odds sheet calls Title Marks Relic Autographs). The relics are Universe Relics (40, five of them rookies), WWE Authentics (24), Ringside Relics (18, including Michael Cole and Danhausen) and Superstar Triple Relics (14).

The base parallels

FoilFractor1/11:7,1591:15,1561:12,8821,431,800

Every tier is spread over the same 200 cards, so if the runs are right, run times odds times 200 should come out the same on every line. It does: from 1,431,800 for the FoilFractor to 1,445,400 for the Gold Stone, which at 1:73 is a short enough line that rounding alone moves it by 0.7 percent. The Value and Mega columns line up the same way (the Red Magma, Black Portal and FoilFractor give 3,032,000, 3,032,000 and 3,031,200 in Value, and 2,578,000, 2,577,000 and 2,576,400 in Mega). A wrong run would stick out: a Pink Plaid at /150 would come to 1,230,000. So every #1 to #200 run in our data holds, and at the pack counts worked out below, each numbered tier puts 99 to 100 percent of its run in packs.

The split across formats is the same on every numbered line: the Value odds are about 2.12 times the hobby odds and the Mega odds about 1.80 times. That puts about 34 percent of each numbered base parallel in hobby packs, 44 percent in Value packs and 22 percent in Mega packs. On #1 to #200, a numbered parallel of any color falls about once every 4.8 hobby packs, about 2.1 a box, and the FoilFractor (1:7,159) about once every 716 hobby boxes. Each Peak Performance section has its own lines, below.

2026 Topps Universe WWE Danhausen base card Black Portal numbered 1/5

The Danhausen above is numbered 1/5, the Black Portal run. The format parallels carry no print run on the sheet: Flare (1:4) and Rings (1:12) are hobby only, Galaxy (1:3) is Value only and Lightning (1:3) is Mega only. RWB Stars, at 1:151 hobby packs, is the scarce one, covered further down.

Peak Performance

Topps' sheet gives each Peak Performance section its own ladder, with the same 17 parallels as #1 to #200. Hobby odds per pack, with the Galaxy and Lightning in their own formats:

Each section's Value and Mega odds keep the same 2.12 and 1.80 ratios as #1 to #200, and the Aqua Speckle, Blue Pulse, Pink Plaid, Neon Green Vortex, Magenta Magnetic and Blast lines follow the same pattern.

Per card, all six sections are seeded exactly like #1 to #200. Multiply a FoilFractor line by its section's card count and it comes to the same number every time: 7,159 x 200 = 1,431,800 for #1 to #200, 59,654 x 24 = 1,431,696 for LGD, 75,352 x 19 = 1,431,688 for SPD, 95,445 x 15 = 1,431,675 for PWR and MIC, 71,584 x 20 = 1,431,680 for AGI and 204,525 x 7 = 1,431,675 for REF. Every other tier does the same. So a Peak Performance Gold Stone is exactly as scarce, card for card, as a #1 to #200 Gold Stone, and every run in our data holds for all six sections. The AGI Red Magma even shares its odds with the #1 to #200 FoilFractor (1:7,159), since 20 cards at /10 and 200 cards at 1/1 both make 200 copies.

That's also why the REF section has the longest hobby odds on the sheet. Its FoilFractor at 1:204,525 hobby packs is just a seven-card line, not a scarcer card: each referee has one FoilFractor, like everyone else.

The inserts

On Topps' sheet, the nine main inserts share one ladder: a plain version in hobby, Galaxy in Value, Lightning in Mega, and ten numbered tiers in all three formats. Odds per pack for the unnumbered versions and the FoilFractor:

FoilFractor1/11:35,5631:140,8681:21,174

These lines split the other way from the base set. On every numbered insert line the Value odds are 3.96 times the hobby odds and the Mega odds 0.60 times, so a Mega pack is about 1.7 times as likely as a hobby pack to hold a numbered insert parallel, and Mega packs hold about 54 percent of them (hobby 27 percent, Value 19 percent). Per box, that's about one numbered insert parallel in a hobby box, about one in a Mega box and one every 6.4 Value boxes.

The runs in our data for those ten tiers hold here too. At the pack counts below, every numbered tier of every one of the nine sets works out to its full run on every card, within two tenths of a percent: 50 We Are NXT FoilFractors, 500 Red Magmas, 1,250 Orange Warps and so on up the ladder. Our release page also lists a Pink Plaid /175 and Flare, Rings and RWB Stars versions for these nine sets, but Topps' odds sheet has no line for them, so this article gives no print runs or counts for them.

2026 Topps Universe WWE Seth Rollins Grander Scale insert

The four single-line inserts have no parallels on the sheet and run in all three formats:

Slammed241:1,0731:53,5301:22,805about 21

Alias and Flashpoint come to the same 158 copies of each card, spread fairly evenly over the three formats. Echoes and Slammed are mostly hobby: Echoes comes to about 1,000 cards, 800 in hobby and 100 each in Value and Mega, and Slammed to about 500, 450 in hobby and 25 each in Value and Mega. In hobby, Alias falls about once every 27 boxes, Flashpoint every 32, Echoes every 60 and Slammed every 107.

The runs are the ones in our data. The autograph ladder has no Purple Glass, Pink Plaid, Magenta Magnetic or Black Portal tier.

The numbered autographs are mostly hobby. On every numbered line, here and on the autograph relics, the Value odds are about 9.0 times the hobby odds and the Mega odds about 7.3 times, which puts 68 percent of each line in hobby packs, 21 percent in Value and 11 percent in Mega. The base versions split a little differently: Universe Autographs fall 1:382 in Value and 1:105 in Mega, Legends Autographs 1:611 and 1:497, and Next Level Autographs 1:549 and 1:447. In a hobby box, a Universe Autograph of some kind turns up about 0.9 times, a Legends Autograph about 0.4 times (one every 2.4 boxes) and a Next Level Autograph about 0.4 times (one every 2.6 boxes).

The anniversary autographs have no parallels on the sheet:

Topps gives no run for these, but at the pack counts below the odds work out to exactly 10 copies of each card, with the Dudley Boyz line one short at 39. They split 43 percent hobby, 31 percent Value and 26 percent Mega, the least hobby-heavy autographs in the product. About 90 of the 209 are in hobby packs, about one every 537 hobby boxes.

Ringside Relics18---1:4,0231:3,6581:5,5881:55,875

On the numbered relic lines the Value odds are 5.12 times the hobby odds and the Mega odds 2.18 times: 48 percent hobby, 26 percent Value and 26 percent Mega. The base versions run Universe Relics 1:129 Value and 1:55 Mega, WWE Authentics 1:215 and 1:92, and Superstar Triple Relics 1:1,320 and 1:563. The Universe Relics base version (1:26) is the shortest hit line in hobby, tied with the Universe Autographs base version, and a hobby box averages about 0.58 Universe Relics of some kind, a little better than one every two boxes.

Ringside Relics has no base version on the sheet, so every Ringside Relic is numbered. The set is also the toughest relic to find: one of any kind about every 139 hobby boxes.

How many packs the sheet covers

There's no hobby-only one-of-one on this sheet, so the hobby count can't be read off a single line. It takes one more step.

Within each group of sets, every numbered line splits the same way across the formats. On the base set and Peak Performance the Value odds are 2.12 times the hobby odds and the Mega odds 1.80 times. The nine main inserts run 3.96 and 0.60, the autographs and autograph relics 8.98 and 7.30, the relics 5.12 and 2.18, and the anniversary autographs 3.84 and 1.95. A FoilFractor line counts its set's one-of-ones: hobby packs divided by the hobby odds, plus Value packs divided by the Value odds, plus Mega packs divided by the Mega odds, comes to the number of cards in the set. Because the groups split so differently, any three FoilFractor lines from three different groups pin all three pack counts:

FoilFractor lines solved togetherHobby packsValue packsMega packs

LGD, Hit My Music, Tag Team Relic Autographs482,7711,338,235570,122

Then the rest check out. At any of these counts, every other FoilFractor line comes to its own set's size: 40.0 for Universe Relics, 24.0 for WWE Authentics, 14.0 for Superstar Triple Relics, 19.0 for Next Level Autographs, 15.0 for Title Marks, and so on through 24 of the 27 sets with a FoilFractor. The anniversary autographs, which have no FoilFractor at all, come to exactly 10 copies of each card. The three lines that don't land are covered below: Universe Autographs (44.0 of 45), Legends Autographs (28.0 of 29) and Ringside Relics (about 17.8 of 18).

So the sheet covers about 482,750 hobby packs, 1.34 million Value packs and 570,100 Mega packs.

FormatPacksBoxesCards
Hobby (10 packs of 12)about 482,750about 48,275about 5.79 million
Value (6 packs of 6)about 1.34 millionabout 223,000about 8.03 million
Mega (6 packs of 12)about 570,100about 95,000about 6.84 million
All threeabout 2.39 millionabout 20.7 million

At these counts, every autograph relic line puts almost exactly 68 percent of its cards in hobby packs, 21 percent in Value and 11 percent in Mega, and every anniversary line 43, 31 and 26 percent, which looks like the way Topps allotted them. The base set's numbered parallels split about 34, 44 and 22 percent, the inserts' about 27, 19 and 54 percent and the relics' 48, 26 and 26 percent. There are almost three Value packs for every hobby pack, but a Value pack holds half as many cards, so by cards the split is about 28 percent hobby, 39 percent Value and 33 percent Mega.

Solved from other combinations of FoilFractor lines, the hobby count moves by less than 70 packs, a few hundredths of a percent. Short lines like 1:3 and 1:4 carry far more rounding than that, so counts worked out from them below are given as ranges.

Not every numbered card is in a pack

In the base set, Peak Performance and the nine main inserts, nearly every numbered card is in a pack: every tier works out to 99 to 100 percent of its run on every card. The shortfalls are in the hits. Here's what the odds put in packs against what the runs in our data would make if every card had every tier:

Topps' note on the sheet says a subject on the checklist isn't guaranteed to appear in every parallel, and that reads as the story in most of these.

Legends Autographs is the soft spot. Its Aqua Speckle and Blue Pulse lines put about 6,410 and 4,280 cards in packs, what 21 or 22 of the 29 legends would make at /299 and /199. The Neon Green Vortex comes to about 24 legends' worth, the Gold Stone, Blast and Orange Warp to about 27, and the Red Magma to about 29. Either several legends skip the lower tiers or those tiers carry smaller runs for this set.

Universe Autographs and Legends Autographs each come up one FoilFractor short. The Universe line works out to 44.0 one-of-ones for 45 signers and the Legends line to 28.0 for 29. Each could be one signer without a FoilFractor, or one card that stays out of packs. The lower Universe tiers run 93 to 94 percent, about 42 signers' worth.

Tag Team Relic Autographs and Superstar Relic Signatures are full from Orange Warp up but short at Gold Stone and Blast: about 16 and 17 of the 18 Tag Team cards' worth, and about 36 of 37 Superstar Relic Signatures.

Superstar Triple Relics Aqua Speckle works out to exactly 13 cards' worth at /299, one short of the 14 on the checklist. Its base version (1:258) and its Aqua Speckle (1:259) fall at almost the same rate: the base version comes to about 278 copies of each card, and the Aqua Speckle line puts about 3,880 cards in packs.

Ringside Relics doesn't fit its runs. The Red Magma line comes to 180 cards, all 18 at /10. But the Blast line comes to 250 cards, exactly five cards' worth at /50, and the Orange Warp to 275, exactly 11 cards' worth at /25, and the /25 is easier to pull than the /50 (1:3,658 against 1:4,023 in hobby). Either only some Ringside Relics come in Blast and Orange Warp, or those two carry different runs on this set. Its FoilFractor Mega line also runs about 4 percent longer than the split on its other lines, which is where the 17.8 comes from.

The cards with no print run

The base set has no line of its own, so its count is what's left of each pack after every other line on the sheet: about 9.6 base cards in a 12-card hobby pack, 4.7 in a 6-card Value pack and 10.2 in a 12-card Mega pack. The sheet has no line for the Peak Performance cards themselves, and Topps' checklist files them as Base Cards III, so this counts them as part of a 300-card base set. (If they were short prints, #1 to #200 would be more common than this.)

The base set count rests on short lines like the 1:3 Galaxy and Lightning and the 1:4 Flare, so it could run anywhere from about 54,800 to 56,400 per card.

The nine main inserts, card by card, all formats:

Lucha Lucha Luchaabout 2,860about 4,290about 2,310
Forever Factionsabout 2,840about 4,180about 2,380

So each insert card comes in roughly 8,500 to 9,500 unnumbered copies across the three versions, with the Value-only Galaxy the most common of the three.

RWB Stars is the one to note. It carries no print run on the sheet, but on every one of its seven lines it works out to about 16 copies of each card, all of them in hobby packs, scarcer per card than an Orange Warp /25. On #1 to #200 (1:151) one turns up about every 15 hobby boxes; each Peak Performance section has its own line, from 1:1,258 (LGD) to 1:4,311 (REF).

The Lightning lines don't quite agree with each other. Each Peak Performance Lightning line works out to about 1,300 copies of each card, but the 1:3 line for #1 to #200 allows only 810 to 1,140. Galaxy, Flare and Rings show no such gap. Either the #1 to #200 Lightning is a little scarcer per card, or its 1:3 is off; about 1:2.2 would match the Peak Performance lines.

The most common autograph is the Universe Autographs base version, about 27,500 in all, about 68 percent of them in hobby packs. The base versions of the four autograph relic sets carry no print run on the sheet but come to only about 200 to 260 copies of each card, between what a /199 and a /299 tier makes.

The rarest pulls

The longest hobby line on the sheet is the REF FoilFractor at 1:204,525, about one in 20,450 hobby boxes. There are seven, one for each referee, and hobby gets about 2.4 of them. The longest line in any column is the Forever Factions FoilFractor in Value packs, 1:704,337; its ten one-of-ones split about 2.7 in hobby, 1.9 in Value and 5.4 in Mega.

Among the hits, the longest hobby line is the Superstar Triple Relics FoilFractor at 1:71,840. The Lita and Trish Stratus 25th Anniversary lines are next at 1:56,135, two cards each at 10 copies apiece, and across all seven anniversary sets an anniversary autograph turns up about once every 537 hobby boxes.

Across the product the 27 FoilFractor lines come to about 782 one-of-ones: 200 on #1 to #200, 100 across the six Peak Performance sections, 200 on the inserts, 91 on the autographs, 95 on the autograph relics and about 96 on the relics (784 if every Universe and Legends signer has one). Counting every FoilFractor line together as any one-of-one, hobby packs hold about 328 of them, one every 147 hobby boxes. Value packs hold about 235, one every 951 Value boxes, and Mega packs about 219, one every 433 Mega boxes.

What to watch

The things we're watching: the first serial numbers on the anniversary autographs, on the Ringside Relics Blast and Orange Warp, and on the lower Legends Autographs tiers; whether one Universe Autographs signer and one Legends signer have no FoilFractor; and Topps' case configuration. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

The full checklist and every parallel with its print run and odds are on the 2026 Topps Universe WWE release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
