2025 Topps Stadium Club Baseball: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2025 Topps Stadium Club Baseball: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2025 Topps Stadium Club Baseball released February 18. Topps posted the checklist on January 22 and the odds sheet on January 26. The sheet runs 80 lines across seven columns: Hobby, then two columns each for Value, Mega and Fat Pack, which Topps labels SE and EA without saying what they stand for. Like most Topps sheets it lists odds and no print runs, and Topps' checklist has none either. The autograph one-of-ones still pin the hobby run almost to the pack, at about 1,680,130 packs, or about 105,000 boxes of 16. From there the sheet gives rough retail pack counts, the print runs most of the ladders point to, and a few lines that don't add up.

The box

Topps' product pages list three boxes:

  • Hobby: 16 packs of 8 cards, one autograph per box.
  • Mega: 18 packs of 8 cards, with nine Light Blue parallels per box, which Mega has to itself.
  • Value: 8 packs of 5 cards, with four Lime Green parallels per box, the Value exclusive.

The sheet's Fat Pack columns have their own exclusive, a Pink parallel in every Fat Pack, but Topps' store doesn't list a Fat Pack, so its card count isn't known. The pages show no prices or case sizes; all three boxes are marked sold out.

Hobby has the most exclusives. Every hobby pack has a Red parallel (1:1), and the Bronze (1:8), Blue (1:32), Black and White (1:90), Gold Rainbow Foilboard and printing plates are hobby only. Sepia is the retail parallel, 1:8 in Value, 1:9 in Mega and 1:13 to 1:19 in Fat Packs.

A hobby box averages two of each of the four 25-card inserts, a Beam Team about every 16 boxes, and one of the Green, Turquoise, Gold, Rainbow Foilboard or Gold Rainbow Foilboard base parallels (the tiers the odds tie to print runs) about every 2.7 boxes. Add up every autograph line in the hobby column and it comes to about 1.18 a box, a little over Topps' one per box: about 0.97 Base Card Autographs, 0.13 Base Chrome Autographs (one every eight boxes) and 0.08 autograph inserts (one every 13 boxes). Retail hits much less often: an autograph about once every 3.2 to 3.3 Mega boxes, and once every 9 (EA) to 16 (SE) Value boxes.

The checklist

Topps' checklist runs 640 cards in 14 sections. The Dual Autographs list two names per card, so it shows 649 names.

The base set is 200 cards, from Frank Thomas at #1 to Hyeseong Kim at #200. Topps' checklist tags 45 as rookies, among them Nick Kurtz, Jacob Wilson, Kristian Campbell, Cam Smith, Marcelo Mayer, Dylan Crews, James Wood and Roki Sasaki. Retired players run through it too, from Honus Wagner, Nolan Ryan and George Brett to Ken Griffey Jr., Derek Jeter, Ichiro and Trevor Hoffman.

The inserts:

  • Beam Team, 20 cards, nine of them rookies, from Roki Sasaki at BT-1 to Francisco Lindor at BT-20.
  • Savage Sluggers, 25 hitters, from Julio Rodríguez and Wyatt Langford to Reggie Jackson and Ken Griffey Jr.
  • Concentration, 25 pitchers, from Roger Clemens, Randy Johnson and Greg Maddux to Paul Skenes and Tarik Skubal.
  • Yours for the Taking, 25 cards, 11 of them rookies, from James Wood to Fernando Tatis Jr.
  • In Case of Emergency, 25 cards, from Bobby Witt Jr. to Mike Trout.

The autographs, 320 cards from 245 signers:

  • Base Card Autographs, 161 signers, the biggest set. Topps' checklist tags 92 of them as rookies. The rest run from Cal Raleigh and Anthony Volpe to Ozzie Smith, Jim Palmer, Bert Blyleven and Dennis Eckersley.
  • Base Chrome Autographs, 73 signers, 35 of them tagged as rookies on Topps' checklist, with Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani, Paul Skenes, Barry Bonds, Derek Jeter and Johnny Bench among the rest.
  • Savage Sluggers Autographs (18), In Case of Emergency Autographs (17), Goin' Yard Autographs (16), Abstract Autographs (14) and Concentration Autographs (12).
  • Dual Autographs, nine pairs from the same team: George Brett and Bobby Witt Jr., Steve Carlton and Aaron Nola, Jackson Holliday and Gunnar Henderson, Chipper Jones and Ronald Acuña Jr., Evan Longoria and Junior Caminero, Barry Larkin and Elly De La Cruz, Alex Rodriguez and Corey Seager, Dylan Crews and James Wood, and Nick Kurtz and Jacob Wilson.

James Wood and Dylan Crews sign five cards each, the most of anyone. There are no relics.

The base parallels

Odds per pack. Topps prints no runs, so the run column is what the odds point to (worked out below), not a run Topps states:

The four tiers in the middle are spread over the same 200 cards, so if the runs are right, each tier's run times its odds should come out the same in any one column. In Value EA, the Green at /199 is 199 times 399, or 79,401. The Turquoise at /99 is 78,903, the Gold at /50 78,850 and the Rainbow Foilboard at /25 78,900, all within a percent. Value SE and both Fat Pack columns line up the same way, and so does hobby, with the Turquoise about 6 percent high. A wrong run would stick out: a Gold at /75 would come to 118,275 in Value EA.

Mega doesn't line up. Its Green and Turquoise fit the pattern, but its Gold odds are ten times its Turquoise odds, where every other column runs about two times, and its Rainbow Foilboard odds are seven times, against four. More on that below.

2025 Topps Stadium Club Baseball Shohei Ohtani Beam Team insert

The Gold Rainbow Foilboard is hobby only and works out to 191 copies for 200 cards, which fits a 1/1 with a few left out of packs. The sheet calls the plate line Printing Plates Cyan, but at 1:2,593 it comes to about 648 plates in hobby packs, more than the 200 Cyan plates there can be. It reads more like all four colors, up to 800 plates.

The inserts

The four 25-card inserts share one set of odds. Odds per pack, for each insert:

VersionRun the odds point toHobbyValue SE / EAMega SE / EAFat Pack SE / EA

The Turquoise and Gold fit a /99 and a /50 in every column: 99 times 1,269 is 125,631 and 50 times 2,512 is 125,600 in hobby, and the retail columns match to within a percent. Per box, the base versions come two of each insert to a hobby box, about two of the four between them in a Value box and nine in a Mega box. A Pink, Turquoise, Gold or Gold Rainbow Foilboard insert parallel of any kind turns up about once every seven hobby boxes.

Beam Team has a single line and no parallels on the sheet: 1:256 in hobby, about one every 16 boxes, 1:720 in Mega (one every 40 boxes), 1:1,728 in Fat Packs and 1:3,200 in Value (one every 400 Value boxes).

Using the pack counts worked out below, every tier comes to about 153 to 156 signers' worth: about 15,120 Turquoise (94.9 percent of a /99 on all 161), 7,770 Gold (96.5 percent of a /50), 3,900 Rainbow Foilboard (96.9 percent of a /25, all in hobby) and 153 Gold Rainbow Foilboards (all in hobby). The Green is retail only and comes to roughly 830, about five per signer. That's a touch more than a /5 on all 161 allows (805), but this line splits between the SE and EA columns differently from the lines with runs, so its count is the roughest on the sheet.

Base Chrome Autographs, 73 signers:

VersionHobbyValue SE / EAMega SE / EAFat Pack SE / EA

The SuperFractor line puts 72 of the 73 one-of-ones in packs: 49 in hobby, 13 in Value, 8 in Mega and 2 in Fat Packs. The rest of this ladder doesn't sort out as cleanly. The Turquoise, Gold and Orange come to about 5,120, 2,730 and 1,360 copies, or about 70, 37 and 19 a signer. On a /99, /50 and /25 that's 71, 75 and 75 percent of each run in packs, a lot less than the SuperFractor's 99 percent, and hobby and retail split the three tiers differently. Treat these runs as open until serial numbers turn up.

In retail, Abstract and Concentration share every line's odds, and so do Goin' Yard, In Case of Emergency and Savage Sluggers on almost every line. That means each set in a group gets the same number of copies in retail whatever its size, and the hobby odds decide how much of each set is in hobby. Across all formats, the odds put this many in packs (copies of each card in brackets):

Every Green line comes to exactly five copies of every card and every Gold Rainbow Foilboard line to exactly one, In Case of Emergency aside (more on that below). That points to a /5 and a 1/1, with every copy in packs, though Topps states neither run. The odds don't settle a run for the Turquoise or Purple. Purple comes to 16 to 22 copies a card in five of the six sets, which would fit a /25 with 65 to 87 percent in packs, and the Turquoise runs 33 to 64 a card.

How many packs the sheet covers

The autograph one-of-ones are the key. Each autograph insert has a Gold Rainbow Foilboard line in all seven columns, and their hobby odds only all come out to whole numbers of cards at one count, give or take a pack:

LineCardsHobby oddsIn hobby packsCopies x odds
Savage Sluggers Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboard181:280,02261,680,132

Base Card Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboard1611:10,9811531,680,093
Base Gold Rainbow Foilboard2001:8,7971911,680,227

The Greens on the autograph inserts say the same: 76 Savage Sluggers Greens at 1:22,107 is 1,680,132, and 71 In Case of Emergency, 66 Goin' Yard, 56 Abstract, 46 Concentration and 36 Dual Greens all land between 1,680,130 and 1,680,170.

So the sheet puts the hobby run at 1,680,130 packs, give or take one. The sheet doesn't round every line the same way (some lines only fit rounding up, others only rounding to the nearest pack). Allowing either, 1,680,129 and 1,680,130 are the only counts every line fits, and 1,680,131 fits too if Topps also rounded some lines down. None of those is a whole number of 16-pack boxes (Topps' product page gives 16 packs a box): they come to 105,008 boxes with one to three packs over. An even 105,008 boxes, 1,680,128 packs, doesn't fit, since it would print the Goin' Yard and In Case of Emergency one-of-ones at 1:420,032, not 1:420,033. Topps doesn't say where the odd packs went, so call it about 105,000 hobby boxes and about 13.4 million cards. Topps' page gives no case size.

The retail columns. On nearly every line whose copy count looks fixed (every tier with a run the odds point to, the one-of-ones, and the Chrome and autograph insert base versions), the SE odds are the same multiple of the EA odds: about 2.03 times in Value, 1.25 in Mega and 1.44 in Fat Packs. The Base Card Autographs Green and the In Case of Emergency Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboard's Fat Pack line are the exceptions. So each format's two columns share its cards in a fixed proportion, and the sheet doesn't say what that proportion is. The nine Dual Autographs one-of-ones put three in hobby, which leaves six, two per retail format. The working assumption here is that each format's two columns split its cards evenly, one Dual one-of-one each, which makes each column's Dual one-of-one odds its pack count. That can't be literally true on every line (each autograph insert Green line has one copy in the whole Fat Pack format, which an even split would cut in half), so read it as an average, not a count.

What the sheet does pin is how many copies each format gets, whatever the split, and those totals come out whole everywhere they can be checked: exactly 14 Abstract, 12 Concentration, 16 Goin' Yard and 18 Savage Sluggers Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboards in packs, one per card, and exactly five copies of every card on all six Green lines. They also put 72 of the 73 Chrome SuperFractors in packs, and whole numbers of copies on lines like the Dual Autographs base version (400) and Turquoise (300).

FormatPacksBoxesCards

Fat Packroughly 670,000 (about 400,000 SE and 275,000 EA)-not listed

The retail rows are ballpark. They rest on the even split, and if a format's SE column held a quarter or three quarters of its cards instead of half, Value's pack count would move by about 17 percent, the Fat Pack's by about 9 and Mega's by about 6. Treat every retail pack, box and card count in this piece as possibly 15 percent or more off. The all-format figures marked roughly below lean on them too, though less, since their hobby share stays put. The hobby count doesn't depend on any of this.

Hobby is about a fifth of the packs but holds roughly 55 percent of the signed cards, about 124,000 of 224,000.

Not every card the runs allow is in a pack

The runs here are the ones the odds point to, not runs Topps states. On the ladders that fit one, the copies in packs mostly come up a little short of the full run:

TierFull run on every cardIn packsShare

Base Chrome Autographs SuperFractor 1/1737298.6%

The 153 to 156 signers' worth on every Base Card Autographs tier looks like a few of the 161 signers missing from those parallels, though neither Topps' sheet nor its checklist says so. The base Gold Rainbow Foilboard is hobby only, so if it's a 1/1, about nine of the 200 aren't in packs at all.

The base Gold and Rainbow Foilboard are the soft spots. Value takes about 15 percent of every base tier and Fat Packs about 3 percent, the same share on each, and hobby takes 50 to 53 percent. Mega takes about a quarter of the Green and Turquoise but only 5 percent of the Gold and 13 percent of the Rainbow Foilboard. If Mega had its usual quarter of those two, they'd come to about 96 percent in packs like the rest. As printed, about 2,400 of the 10,000 Golds and 760 of the 5,000 Rainbow Foilboards aren't in packs, most of that gap in Mega. Either those cards never went into packs, or the two Mega lines are off.

The cards with no print run

The base set has no line of its own, so its count is what's left of each pack after every other line. A hobby pack's other lines add up to about 1.78 cards (the Red, the four inserts at 1:8 each, the Bronze and the rest), which leaves about 6.2 base cards a pack, about 99 a box. At 1,680,130 packs that's about 10.4 million base cards in hobby, about 52,000 of each of the 200. A Value pack leaves about 4.1 base cards of its 5 and a Mega pack about 6.9 of its 8, which adds roughly 75,000 and 94,000 copies of each card. Topps lists no card count for Fat Packs, so they can't be counted.

The other cards with no run, using the same pack counts. The hobby figures are solid. Lines whose odds read the same in a format's SE and EA columns, and the two Base Card Autographs lines, lean on the retail pack counts for their all-format figure, so those are marked rough:

The scarcest base parallel with no run is the Photographer's Proof, at roughly 29 copies of each card, about the size of a /25. The Members Only, at roughly 59, sits near the /50 the Gold's odds point to. A hobby pack is five to seven times as likely as a retail pack to hold either one.

The autograph base versions run from about 44 Dual Autographs per pair to roughly 750 of each Base Card Autograph. Two of them sit mostly in retail. Retail holds about 844 base versions of each of Goin' Yard, In Case of Emergency and Savage Sluggers Autographs, but hobby adds about 900 Goin' Yard and only about 390 In Case of Emergency and 340 Savage Sluggers, so hobby has about 30 percent of those two.

Where the numbers don't add up

  • Base Gold and Rainbow Foilboard in Mega, covered above.
  • Dual Autographs Purple. At 1:5,754 in hobby it's easier to pull than the Dual base version (1:6,886) and the Turquoise (1:12,729). It comes to about 335 copies, about 37 per pair, against 16 to 22 per card for Purple in the other five sets. Either Dual Purple runs larger or the 1:5,754 is a slip.
  • In Case of Emergency Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboard. It's the only autograph one-of-one line that doesn't come out whole: on the even split above, its Fat Pack EA odds of 1:74,005 put about 3.7 cards in that column, about 17.7 in packs for a 17-card set. Its other retail columns match Goin' Yard and Savage Sluggers, whose Fat Pack EA one-of-one line reads 1:137,308.
  • The plates are labeled Cyan but count like all four colors, and the hobby autograph lines add up to about 1.18 a box against Topps' one.

The rarest pulls

The toughest hobby lines are the Concentration Autographs and Dual Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboards at 1:560,043 packs, about one in 35,000 hobby boxes. Hobby gets three of each: three of the 12 Concentration one-of-ones and three of the nine Dual pairs. Next are Goin' Yard and In Case of Emergency at 1:420,033 (four each in hobby), Abstract at 1:336,026 (five) and Savage Sluggers at 1:280,022 (six). The insert Gold Rainbow Foilboards fall 1:129,241, about one in 8,000 hobby boxes for any one insert.

In retail, the longest line on the sheet is the Dual Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboard in Value SE, at 1:2,444,062 packs, which the retail pack counts above take to be a single card in that whole column.

Across the product, the lines that work out to one-of-ones put about 595 in packs: 191 base Gold Rainbow Foilboards, about 93 insert Gold Rainbow Foilboards, 153 Base Card Autographs Gold Rainbow Foilboards, 72 Chrome SuperFractors and 86 autograph insert Gold Rainbow Foilboards. Hobby gets about 470 of them, about one every 223 hobby boxes, plus about 648 printing plates. A base Gold Rainbow Foilboard alone is about one every 550 hobby boxes, and a Chrome autograph SuperFractor one every 2,100.

What to watch

The things we're watching: the first serial numbers on the base Gold and Rainbow Foilboard (and how often they turn up in Mega), on the Base Chrome Autographs Turquoise, Gold and Orange, and on the autograph insert Turquoise and Purple tiers, the Dual Autographs Purple above all; and Topps' configuration for the Fat Pack. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

The full checklist and every parallel with its odds are on the 2025 Topps Stadium Club Baseball release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
