Connecting your eBay account

To use the Store, first connect your eBay account. On the web collect app you do this directly in Settings; on the mobile app, tap Connect eBay, which opens your account settings in the browser to finish linking. Either way it links HobbyMonitor to your eBay seller account so you can create and manage listings from your collection. If your connection ever expires, just reconnect the same way — the Store will let you know when it needs a refresh.

Listing a card on eBay

Once your eBay account is connected, open any collection card and choose to list it. We'll help you build the listing — title, price, Best Offer settings, and photos pulled from the card. From the Store you can then publish drafts, end listings, retry any that failed, edit pricing, and view the live listing on eBay. When a card sells, you can import that sale right back into your collection as a record.

Managing your listings (publish, end, edit price, Best Offer)

The Store is your listing command center. For each listing you can publish a draft, end it, retry a failed publish, edit the price, adjust Best Offer settings, view it live on eBay, or mark it sold. Filter by All, Active, Sold, Unlinked, and Unsold to focus on what needs attention.

Importing a sold eBay listing into your collection

When a listing sells, you can import that sale back into your collection so the card is recorded as sold with its final price — keeping your collection and your P&L reports accurate without re entering anything.

Promoting a listing

Accepted Answer

From the Store you can promote a published listing to boost its visibility — pick one of your eBay Promoted Listings campaigns and set an ad rate. Promoted listings get more exposure in search, and you only pay the ad fee when the listing sells through the promotion.
