The prospects section ranks players by a blend of on field performance and market signals. You can sort and filter the board, open any prospect for stats, scouting grades, and card pricing, and add players to your watchlist to follow them. Watchlists are a paid feature; Premium and Pro members get larger lists.

What is "fair value"? (and why it's a score, not a dollar amount)

Fair value is a 0–100 score , not a dollar figure. It's a quick read on how a prospect stacks up — higher means a stronger overall profile. Because it's a rating and not a price, you'll never see it shown with a dollar sign. Use it to compare prospects at a glance, then dig into the stats and card prices for the full picture.

Have your own read on a prospect? You can add a personal 0–100 rating that reflects your take. Your rating is point in time and sits alongside the HobbyMonitor and community numbers so you can compare your view against the board.

Hot Alumni and momentum

Hot Alumni surfaces graduated prospects — players who've reached the majors — who are gaining momentum based on recent performance and market interest. It's a quick way to spot former prospects whose cards are trending back up. The Hot Alumni widget lives on the web prospects page; on mobile you'll see an alumni indicator on individual prospects.

Bowman Tracker: tracking your Bowman 1st cards

The Bowman Tracker is built for following Bowman 1st prospect cards over time. Add the cards you own or are watching, and the tracker shows invested value vs. current value and your running profit, with the parallels and prospect stats attached. Free accounts can track up to 200 cards; Premium and Pro members get expanded tracking.

Deals: finding undervalued cards and setting bid targets

Deals surfaces cards we estimate are trading below their fair market value — buy target candidates, curated for you. You can set a bid target on a card, which creates a price alert so you're notified when it hits your number. Full deal access is a Premium and Pro feature.

Market Pulse is our market search tool — look up any card to see its current value and recent sold activity, even cards you don't own. It's the fastest way to answer "what's this worth right now?" Full comp search across our sold sales data is a Premium and Pro feature.

Market indices track price trends across a curated basket of cards, so you can see how a whole segment is moving rather than one card at a time. The Bowman 99 is one such index — a live read on the most graded active prospect autos. Open any index to see its trend and what's inside it. Indices and the Bowman 99 live on the web app.

The wax tracker follows prices on sealed boxes and cases and compares them to MSRP, so you can see the box premium at a glance and spot when sealed product is running hot or cooling off. Sort and filter to find the products you care about. The wax tracker is a web app feature.

The break calculator and group breaks

Accepted Answer

The break calculator helps you work out fair per spot or per team prices for a case break. The breaks section lets you browse available and featured group breaks with their teams, slots, and pricing. Both live on the web app, and advanced split modes in the calculator are available on paid plans.
