Tracking your usage: scans and research remaining

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of two things: card scans (identifying and grading) and price research runs. You can check what you have left in a few places. Web Your profile has a Service Usage section with two bars — Card Scans and AI Market Analysis (this second one is your research allowance) — each showing how many you have left of your monthly total, plus the date it resets. When does my usage reset?

Your scan and research allowances refill at the start of each calendar month — on the 1st . Whatever you didn't use doesn't roll over; you simply start fresh with your plan's full monthly allowance. Where you'll see the reset date Web — your profile's usage section shows a "Resets on" date next to each bar. Mobile — if you hit your scan limit, the message tells you the date it resets. Scan and research limits explained

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI scans and price research runs. Identifying and grading cards draw from your scan allowance; deeper Check Price / Research draws from your research allowance. Both allowances reset at the start of each calendar month — on the 1st — and don't roll over. When you hit a limit, you'll see a prompt to upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance; Premium and Pro both raise your limits. How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

You manage your plan from your profile or subscription screen, where you can see your current plan, usage, and renewal or cancel date. The exact path depends on where you bought your subscription. On the web Upgrade or switch plans — choose a plan and check out; pick monthly or annual. Change, downgrade, or cancel — tap Manage Subscription to open the secure billing portal, where you handle plan changes, switching between monthly and annual, and cancelling. Monthly vs. annual billing

Both paid plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing costs less over the year — Premium saves about 17% and Pro saves about 20% versus paying month to month. You can switch billing periods when you change your plan.

Where am I charged — app store or web?

Accepted Answer

If you subscribed on the mobile app, billing runs through your device's app store (Apple or Google). If you subscribed on the website, it runs through web checkout. Manage or cancel from wherever you originally subscribed — that's where the subscription lives.
