Creating and organizing collections

Collections are how you group cards — by player, set, team, or any strategy you like. Create one, give it a name, and start adding cards by scanning, cert lookup, manual entry, or import. You can rename or delete collections anytime, and move cards between them. Free accounts get one collection; Premium and Pro unlock more collections and bigger card limits (see Plans & Billing).

Public vs. private collections

Every collection is either public or private. Public collections can appear in the gallery and be shared via link. Private collections are visible only to you and are a paid feature — available on Premium and Pro. Free accounts use public collections.

Question 3

Adding cards: scan, cert lookup, manual, or import

Accepted Answer

You can add cards four ways: Scan — photograph the card and let AI identify it. Cert lookup — enter a graded card's cert number to auto fill it. Manual — type the details yourself. Import — paste or upload a CSV to add many at once (Premium and Pro). Pick a target collection, review the details, and save.

Importing cards in bulk (paste / CSV)

If you've got a list of cards in a spreadsheet, you can paste it or upload a CSV to add many at once. Imports land in a staged review queue first, so you can check everything before committing it to your collection. Bulk import is available on Premium and Pro.

View modes: gallery, grid, list, table, and Reviewer

Accepted Answer

Switch between gallery (big card images), grid (compact thumbnails), and list (dense rows) on both web and mobile. The web app (and desktop) adds a table view — a spreadsheet style editable grid — and Reviewer , a one card at a time mode for rapidly checking and editing a stack. Search, sort, filter chips, and a "Hide sold" toggle help you find cards fast.

Question 6

Default traits and linking a collection to a set checklist

Default traits let you preset fields (like set or year) that auto apply to new cards in a collection, so you're not retyping the same details. You can also link a collection to a set's checklist to track your completion progress as you add cards.

Editing, bulk-editing, and moving cards

Accepted Answer

Open a card to edit its details, grading, value, storage location, and notes. Select several cards to bulk edit shared fields, apply traits, or move them to another collection in one action. Reordering within a collection is controlled by the Sort dropdown.

Question 8

Marking a card as sold

Accepted Answer

When you sell a card, open it and choose Mark as Sold . Enter the sale price, date, any fees, and where you sold it. The card moves to a sold state and feeds straight into your Reports, so your profit and loss stays accurate without extra bookkeeping.

Question 9

Reports: profit & loss and exporting for taxes

Accepted Answer

The web app gives you a per year profit and loss view of everything you've sold — proceeds, cost basis, fees, shipping, and gain or loss, split into short term and long term. Fill in any missing purchase prices or dates right in the report, then export the whole year as a CSV for your records or your accountant. (The mobile app shows a lighter profit/loss summary.)

Sharing a collection with a public link

Accepted Answer

Public collections can be shared with a link that lets anyone browse them read only — no account needed on their end. Great for showing off a player run or a set build. Private collections stay private and aren't shareable.
