2026 Topps Wacky Packages All New Series: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Wacky Packages All New Series: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Wacky Packages All New Series went on sale August 10 as an online exclusive box on Topps' site, and the checklist and odds sheet files now linked from Topps' product page were uploaded August 29. The sheet is short, 26 lines in one column with no print runs, but it covers four Chrome ladders numbered /25, /10, /5 and 1/1, and the one-of-ones pin the run at 18,400 packs, or 2,300 boxes. From there we can count every sticker in the set, check how much of each numbered tier made it into packs, and find the one place where Topps' product page and its sheet don't agree.

The box

Topps' product page lists 8 packs per box and 10 cards per pack: eight base stickers, one checklist and one more card in every pack. It's an online exclusive box with a limit of 10 per cart. Per box, the product page says to look for:

  • one sketch card or artist autograph, marked 1:3 boxes,
  • two Chrome cards,
  • one Mars Attacks,
  • two Flashbacks,
  • two Wacky Pals Comics, or one Wacky Pals Comic and one Wonky, marked 1:2 boxes.

That's eight cards a box on top of the base stickers and checklists, one a pack. The odds sheet backs up most of it. Sketch cards (1:12 packs) and artist autographs (1:25) add up to about 0.99 a box, and the autograph alone comes to one every 3.1 boxes, so the product page's 1:3 boxes reads as the autograph's rate. Mars Attacks at 1:8 is one a box, Flashback at 1:4 is two a box, and Wonky at 1:16 is one every two boxes, the product page's 1:2. Wacky Pals Comics at 1:5 comes to 1.6 a box, which is the product page's 1.5 (one every 5.3 packs) printed as a whole number.

The Chrome cards don't fit. The four Silver lines alone (1:8, 1:9, 1:8 and 1:8) come to about 3.9 a box, and every Chrome line on the sheet together comes to about 4.8 a box, not two. Read as printed, the sheet puts about 1.4 cards in each pack besides the base stickers and the checklist, where the product page has one. The numbered tiers alone come to about one a box, and their serial numbers cap how many exist, so the gap is in the Silvers: the sheet has about 3.9 a box, where the product page leaves room for about one. Only the sheet's figures give counts, so this piece follows the sheet, and for the base set and the Silvers, where the gap matters, it shows both readings.

The checklist

Not counting the Chrome cards and the sketch cards, Topps' checklist runs 119 cards. The base and insert subjects are product parodies, and Topps lists the base set and the Mars Attacks, Flashback, Wonky and Wacky Pals Comics inserts as stickers.

  • Base set, 72 stickers: 36 subjects, each with a Puzzle back (#1 to #36) and a Coupon back (#1C to #36C). The Puzzle backs come in four groups of nine, labeled Band Eight (#1 to #9), Curds (#10 to #18), Slim Gym (#19 to #27) and Monster Salty (#28 to #36). The subjects run from Band Eight, Quacker Jack and Count Jockula to Liquid Dumber, Bubble Dum, Abba-Zebra, Hawaiian Pinch, Thic Tac, Taco Bull, Kentucky Fried Chokin, Clay Poupon and Zero Road.
  • Base Chrome, all 36 subjects (#1 to #36).
  • Mars Attacks, five subjects: Dimwit Bots, Chased & Conquered, Reebot, Martian Power and Cooked. Topps' product page calls this insert Attacky Packages.
  • Flashback, nine subjects: 3 Mosquitoes, Bawl Parks, National Geografink, Stinker Toy, Duck and Hide, My T Fink, Fibbys, Valveater and Bar Kist.
  • Wonky, five subjects: Dr Clono, Peanut Brittle, Hungry Gherkin, Rodent Shave and Spots.
  • Wacky Pals Comics, nine comics, one for each Flashback subject. (Topps' list spells four of them a little differently here: Brawl Park, Fibbys Juice, Mosquitoes and Bar-Kist.)
  • Artist Autographs, 10 cards: five artists, each signing two base subjects. Neil Camera signs Band Eight and Liquid Dumber (Liquid Dumbr on Topps' list), Brent Engstrom Count Jockula and Curds, Jeff Dionise Pizza Holes and Slim Gym, Joe Simko Boo Belly and Taco Bull, and Smokin Joe Bubble Dum and Monster Salty.
  • Checklists, nine cards, also with Puzzle backs.

Mars Attacks, Flashback and Wonky each have a Chrome version on the same ladder as the base Chrome.

The sketch cards come from 25 artists: Steve Crockett, Kimber Grobman, Neil Camera, Darrin Pepe, Aaron Laurich, David Acevedo, Erik Muller, Mark Parisi, Chad Scheres, Bobby Blakey, Robert Sumner, Brandhen Snyder, Eric Medina, Jeff Dionise, Jason Brower, Lowell Isaac Hildebrandt, Smokin Joe McWilliams, Gavin Williams, Pete Zies, Paul Reynolds, Rickey Kipfer, Vincent D'Ippolito, Simone Arena, Karl Jones and Brandon (Fox) Layng. Topps' preview of the sketch card back calls each one a one-of-a-kind sketch card.

The Chrome ladders

Topps' product page gives the runs: Silver (no run given), Orange /25, Blue /10, Red /5 and Superfractor 1/1. Its preview of the Wounded Bread base Chrome Red is numbered 5/5. Odds per pack:

VersionPrint runBase Chrome (36)Mars Attacks Chrome (5)Flashback Chrome (9)Wonky Chrome (5)

Orange/251:211:1501:841:150

Red/51:1041:7361:4091:736
Superfractor1/11:5111:3,6801:2,0441:3,680

If every numbered card is in packs, the run times the number of subjects times the odds should come out the same on every line. The Superfractors land at 18,396 to 18,400 (36 x 511, 9 x 2,044, 5 x 3,680), and the Reds on the three insert ladders at 18,400 to 18,405 (25 x 736 and 45 x 409). The Orange and Blue lines come out a little higher on every ladder, 18,630 to 18,900, and so does the base Chrome Red (180 x 104 = 18,720). That's what a tier with a few copies outside packs looks like, covered below. A wrong run would be far off: a base Chrome Orange at /50 would come to 37,800.

Mars Attacks and Wonky, five subjects each, have identical numbered odds. Only their Silvers differ, 1:9 against 1:8.

A numbered Chrome card of any color falls about once every 8.3 packs, close to one a box. An Orange turns up about every 1.7 boxes, a Blue about every 4.3, a Red about every 8.5 and a Superfractor about every 42.

The inserts

Odds per pack for the sticker inserts:

InsertSubjectsOddsPer box
Flashback91:42
Wacky Pals Comics91:5about 1.5 to 1.6
Mars Attacks51:81
Wonky51:160.5

At 18,400 packs that's about 511 copies of each Flashback, about 460 of each Mars Attacks, about 230 of each Wonky and about 380 to 410 of each Wacky Pals Comic (383 at the product page's 1.5 a box, 409 at the sheet's 1:5).

On the sheet's odds, the Chrome Silvers don't always sit above the stickers. Wonky's Chrome Silver (1:8) falls twice as often as the Wonky sticker (1:16), so there are about 460 of each Wonky Chrome Silver and only about 230 of each Wonky sticker. The Mars Attacks Chrome Silver, at about 409 of each, is close to its sticker's 460. The Flashback Chrome Silver, at about 256 of each, is half as common as its sticker.

The artist autographs and sketch cards

Artist Autographs fall 1:25 packs. That's about 736 autographs across the 2,300 boxes, about 74 of each of the 10 cards and about 147 signatures from each artist. The product page's 1:3 boxes, taken exactly, would be about 767 (one every 24 packs), so the two agree once the product page's figure is read as rounded: 1:25 packs is one every 3.1 boxes.

Sketch cards fall 1:12, about 1,533 in all. With one sketch card or autograph in every box, as the product page has it, the count is 2,300 less about 736 autographs, or about 1,564. So there are about 1,530 to 1,560 sketch cards, about 61 to 63 per artist if they're spread evenly across the 25. Topps doesn't give a count for each artist.

How many packs the sheet covers

The one-of-one lines settle it, with the Reds on the small Chrome ladders backing them up:

LineCardsOddsCards x odds
Base Chrome Superfractor361:51118,396
Flashback Chrome Superfractor91:2,04418,396

Mars Attacks Chrome Red /5251:73618,400
Wonky Chrome Red /5251:73618,400
Flashback Chrome Red /5451:40918,405

If Topps rounds to the nearest whole pack, these lines only fit together at 18,398 to 18,400 packs. If it rounds up, they only fit at 18,396. Of those four figures, 18,400 is the only one that makes whole 8-pack boxes.

So the run is 18,400 packs. That's 2,300 boxes and, at 10 cards a pack, 184,000 cards.

At 18,400 the base Chrome Superfractor works out to one every 511.1 packs and prints as 1:511, and the Flashback Superfractor to one every 2,044.4, printed 1:2,044, so this sheet rounds to the nearest pack, not up. The counts in this piece are central figures, good to about half a step of the odds either way. On short lines like 1:4 and 1:8 that's a wide band, and the product page's per-box figures narrow those down where they can.

Not every numbered card is in a pack

At 18,400 packs, with every Superfractor in a pack (the assumption that sets the pack count, not a result), the odds put this much of each numbered tier in packs:

Chrome ladderOrange /25Blue /10Red /5Superfractor 1/1
Base Chrome (36)about 876 of 900about 354 of 360about 177 of 18036 of 36
Flashback Chrome (9)about 219 of 225about 89 of 9045 of 459 of 9
Mars Attacks Chrome (5)about 123 of 125about 49 of 5025 of 255 of 5
Wonky Chrome (5)about 123 of 125about 49 of 5025 of 255 of 5

Across the four ladders, that's about 1,341 of the 1,375 Oranges (97.5 percent), about 541 of the 550 Blues (98 percent), about 272 of the 275 Reds (99 percent) and all 55 Superfractors, about 2,208 of the 2,255 numbered cards.

The gaps are bigger than the rounding. For all 50 Mars Attacks Blues to be in packs, the line would have to read 1:368, not 1:375, and for all 180 base Chrome Reds, 1:102, not 1:104. Only the two shortest base lines, the Orange at 1:21 and the Blue at 1:52, are short enough that rounding could cover most of the gap, and even there not all of it. The sheet doesn't say where the rest go. Topps' note at the top says a subject on the checklist isn't guaranteed to appear in every parallel, so a few subjects may skip a tier, or a few copies of each tier stay out of packs.

The cards with no print run

Copies of each card at 18,400 packs, from the scarcest to the most common:

Flashback91:4about 511
Base set72about 7.6 to 8 a packabout 1,950 to 2,044
Checklists91 a packabout 2,044

The base set has no line of its own. Topps' product page puts eight base stickers in every pack, which makes 147,200 base stickers, about 2,044 of each of the 72 if Topps printed the Puzzle and Coupon backs evenly. If the Chrome cards the sheet adds beyond the product page's one extra card a pack take base slots instead, each pack holds about 7.6 base stickers (10 cards, less the checklist, less the roughly 1.4 cards a pack from every other line on the sheet), about 140,000 in all, or about 1,950 of each. Either way, a subject's two stickers, Puzzle back and Coupon back, come to about 3,900 to 4,100 copies together.

The checklists are one a pack, so the nine of them split 18,400 copies, about 2,044 each.

The scarcest card with no serial number, after the sketch cards, is the base Chrome Silver: about 64 of each subject (60 to 68 within the rounding of 1:8). It shares the Flashback Chrome Silver's 1:8 odds but spreads them over 36 subjects instead of nine, which leaves it scarcer than an artist autograph and only about two and a half times as common as an Orange /25.

Every Silver count here follows the sheet. If the product page's two Chrome cards a box is the right figure instead, the numbered tiers take about one of the two, and each Silver line comes to roughly a quarter of the sheet's count: about 17 of each base Chrome Silver, fewer than the roughly 24 of each base Chrome Orange in packs, and about 70 of each Flashback, 110 of each Mars Attacks and 120 of each Wonky Chrome Silver.

On the short sticker lines the product page narrows the range. Its two Flashbacks a box point to about 511 of each (1:4 alone allows 454 to 584), its one Mars Attacks a box to about 460, and its one Wonky in two boxes to about 230.

The rarest pulls

The toughest lines are the Mars Attacks and Wonky Chrome Superfractors, 1:3,680 packs each, about one in 460 boxes. There are five of each, one per subject. Next is the Flashback Chrome Superfractor at 1:2,044 (nine cards, about one in 256 boxes), then the Mars Attacks and Wonky Chrome Reds at 1:736 (25 cards each, about one in 92 boxes).

The base Chrome Superfractor falls 1:511 packs, about one every 64 boxes, and there are 36 of them. All 55 Superfractors together come to about one every 42 boxes.

Sketch cards are one of a kind too, and there are far more of them: about 1,530 to 1,560, about 28 for every Superfractor, and about two boxes in three hold one. Counting both, about 1,590 to 1,620 one-of-a-kind cards are spread across the 2,300 boxes.

What to watch

The things we're watching: whether Topps changes either the product page's two Chrome cards a box or the sheet's Chrome odds, since the two can't both be right; how the base stickers split between Puzzle and Coupon backs; the first serial numbers on the Orange and Blue tiers, which the odds say aren't all in packs; and how the sketch cards spread across the 25 artists. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

Every Chrome parallel with its print run and odds is on the 2026 Topps Wacky Packages All New Series release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
