2026 Topps Vault Disney: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Vault Disney: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Vault Disney sold through draws on Topps' site that closed October 21, at $1,199.99 a box. A box holds two cards and a box topper, and Topps' odds sheet, posted October 20, gives each its own column: Pack 1, Pack 2 and Box Topper. Like most sheets it lists odds and no print runs. The smallest autograph sets pin down the size of the run anyway: 8,725 boxes, or at most one more. From there we can check every ladder, estimate the cards with no serial number, and find the lines that don't add up, starting with a relic set the odds say is bigger than its checklist.

The checklist

There is no base set. Not counting sketch cards, Topps' checklist runs 384 cards across 20 sets: three sets under Topps' relic heading, ten autograph sets, six autograph relic sets and the box topper. Topps posted a fourth version of the checklist on October 20, which adds Tom Holland as Ian Lightfoot to Immortal Autographs.

Pack 1 holds one card from these:

  • Disney Diamonds, 100 characters, from Mickey Mouse at DD-1 to Mirabel at DD-100. Topps' product page promises cards embedded with real diamonds, and the Mickey Mouse 1/1 at the top of this article has four small stones set into the card face.
  • True Greatness, 20 characters, from Mickey Mouse to Winnie the Pooh.
  • Vault Relics, 13 cards of production-used material on Topps' checklist: a Stretching Room gargoyle (Bruce Davis, Crump, Father Kent and Gabbie), Trader Sam's throne (Frank Wolff and Lily Houghton), a cottage door (Evil Queen and Snow White), a production clapperboard (Cruella and V.A. Vandevere), a skateboard (Chip and Dale) and a crocodile skull (Captain Hook).
  • Premiere Sketches, original sketch cards from 55 artists.

Pack 2 holds one autograph:

  • Disney Diamonds Autograph Edition, 51 signers, the biggest autograph set. Topps' checklist calls it Disney Diamonds Autograph Variation and files it under its autograph relic heading.
  • Ink-23 (26 signers), Character Calligraphy (22), Leaving a Legacy (15) and Laced in Gold (13).
  • Gems of Wonder, 23 signers, also under Topps' autograph relic heading.
  • Retro Blockbuster Booklet autographs, 19 cards that Topps' product page says are inspired by Disney's 1990s VHS covers, signed by Jodi Benson, Paige O'Hara, Matthew Broderick, Whoopi Goldberg and others.
  • Magic Montage, six cards with artwork by Tim Rogerson, signed by Bill Farmer (Goofy), Bret Iwan (Mickey Mouse), Chris Sanders (Stitch), Josh Gad (Olaf), Margaret Kerry (Tinker Bell) and Tony Anselmo (Donald Duck).
  • Immortal Autographs, seven Topps Chrome cards: Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine, Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Kristen Bell as Anna, Tom Holland as Ian Lightfoot, Willem Dafoe as Gill and Will Smith as Genie.
  • The multi-signed cards. Disney Duals has 19 pairs, among them Tom Hanks and Tim Allen as Woody and Buzz Lightyear, and Chris Pratt and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Barley and Laurel Lightfoot. Disney Triples has 11 trios, including Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley as Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, and David Spade, John Goodman and Patrick Warburton as Kuzco, Pacha and Kronk.
  • The autograph relics. True Greatness Autograph Edition (10), Vault Autograph Relics (five: Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Jude Law as Captain Hook, Owen Wilson as Father Kent and Tessa Thompson as Lady), Vault Autograph Relic Duals (two: Hathaway with Depp, and Thompson with Justin Theroux as Tramp) and Vault Autograph Relic Triples, a single card of Alexander Molony, Ever Anderson and Jude Law as Peter Pan, Wendy Darling and Captain Hook.
  • Vault Cut Signatures, one card: Ron Miller.

2026 Topps Vault Disney Immortal Autographs Anna autograph numbered 1/1

Not counting the cut signature, 99 different people sign. Keira Knightley and Tim Allen sign nine cards each, the most of anyone, and Jodi Benson signs eight. Topps bills Anne Hathaway, Chris Pratt, Willem Dafoe, Ian McKellen, Geoffrey Rush, Tessa Thompson and Cate Blanchett, among others, as first-time Disney autographs.

The box topper is a Vault Originals card, 20 characters with original artwork by Julie Vu, from Ariel to Pluto. Topps says select boxes get an Oversized Premiere Sketch in its place, from a list of 27 artists.

The box

Topps calls it a two-card format. Its draw pages list one card per pack and two packs per box: one relic or sketch card, one autograph or autograph relic, and one box topper. The box draw was $1,199.99 with a limit of four per customer, and a draw for sealed five-box cases ran at $5,999.99, about $1,200 a box. Both closed October 21. That's $500 more a box than the Vault Marvel box draw in September ($699.99).

With one of each pack per box, every odds figure on this sheet is also odds per box. A Disney Diamonds Gold 1/1 at 1:92 means about one in every 92 boxes.

What a box holds, by set, adding up every version on the sheet:

The parallel ladder

Topps' preview cards show 1/1 on the Gold versions and on the Immortal Autographs SuperFractor. Topps' sheet and checklist don't give the Black and Red runs. Our data lists them at /10 and /5, and the odds back that up: in almost every set the Red falls about half as often as the Black, and at 8,725 boxes the odds put 90 percent or more of those runs in packs, with two exceptions covered below.

How many boxes the sheet covers

The one-of-one lines settle it. The five Vault Autograph Relics Golds fall 1:1,745 (5 x 1,745 is 8,725), and the two Vault Autograph Relic Duals Golds fall 1:4,363 (2 x 4,363 is 8,726). Whether Topps rounds up or to the nearest number, those two lines only fit together at 8,725 or 8,726 boxes. The single Vault Autograph Relic Triples card agrees: its Red /5 is also 1:1,745, five copies in 8,725 boxes, and its Black /10 is 1:873. So does the Gold in every other small autograph set:

  • Magic Montage: 6 cards at 1:1,455 (6 x 1,455 is 8,730).
  • Immortal Autographs SuperFractor: 7 at 1:1,247 (8,729).
  • True Greatness Autograph Edition: 10 at 1:873 (8,730).
  • Disney Triples: 11 at 1:793 (8,723).
  • Laced in Gold: 13 at 1:672 (8,736).
  • Leaving a Legacy: 15 at 1:582 (8,730).

Each one fits 8,725 boxes, with every Gold in the set in packs, once the rounding is allowed for. The rest of this piece uses 8,725, the only one of the two that fits if Topps rounded those lines up. One box either way changes nothing below.

Topps doesn't round this sheet one way. Some lines only fit if the figure was rounded up: at 8,725 boxes the Magic Montage Gold works out to 1:1,454.2 and prints as 1:1,455, the Immortal SuperFractor to 1:1,246.4 (printed 1:1,247) and the Laced in Gold Gold to 1:671.2 (printed 1:672). Others only fit rounding to the nearest number (or down): the Disney Triples Gold works out to 1:793.2 and prints as 1:793, and 19 copies in 8,725 boxes is 1:459.2, which the True Greatness Gold, the Vault Originals Gold and the Vault Autograph Relic Duals Black all print as 1:459. So every count worked back from the odds below is close, not exact: within a copy or two on the long lines, looser on short lines like 1:2 and 1:8.

Count
Boxes8,725
Five-box cases1,745
Pack 1 cards8,725
Pack 2 autographs8,725

That is 17,450 cards from packs plus 8,725 box toppers, and one autograph per box. The Vault Marvel sheet worked out to 7,945 boxes, so this run is about 10 percent bigger.

Not every numbered card is in a pack

At 8,725 boxes the small sets are full at the top of the ladder, and the bigger sets come up a little short at every tier, Golds included:

Across every set but Vault Relics, the odds put about 93 percent of the Blacks, 94 percent of the Reds and 331 of the 346 Golds in packs. The Disney Diamonds Black (1:9) and Red (1:18) are short enough lines that rounding could cover their gap. The rest can't be full on the sheet's own numbers, because the small sets cap the run at 8,726 boxes.

The sheet doesn't say where the rest go. Topps' note at the top says a subject being in a set doesn't guarantee it appears in every parallel, so some characters may skip a tier, or a few copies of each tier stay out of packs.

The base versions and other unnumbered cards

The same box count estimates the cards with no serial number on the sheet: boxes divided by odds, divided by the number of cards in the set.

Most of these fall into two groups: about 21 to 24 copies per card, close to a /25, and about 44 to 48, close to a /50. Neither the sheet nor Topps' checklist says whether the base versions carry serial numbers, but at least one does: Topps' preview of the Jude Law Vault Autograph Relic, which isn't a Black, Red or Gold, is numbered 50/50, even though that set's base line works out to only about 19 per card.

These are estimates at 8,725 boxes, and the short lines leave the most room. Disney Diamonds Autograph Edition at 1:8 could be anywhere from about 20 to 24 per card. Disney Diamonds at 1:2 alone gives about 44 per card, but the Pack 1 lines only add up to one card a pack at about 42. Vault Relics comes out lower per card if the set has more than 13 cards. The Vault Originals figure assumes every box has a topper and that it is the base card whenever it isn't a parallel or an oversized sketch.

The sketch cards are one of a kind: about 870 Premiere Sketches across 55 artists and about 186 Oversized Premiere Sketches across 27, about 1,060 in all.

Where the numbers get uneven

  • Vault Relics doesn't fit its checklist. Topps' checklist lists 13 cards. At 8,725 boxes, the Gold at 1:546 works out to 16 Golds, the Red at 1:108 to about 81 Reds and the Black at 1:61 to about 143 Blacks, more than 13 cards can make (13, 65 and 130). For the Reds to fit at five per card, the set needs at least 17 cards. Topps' product page says Vault Relics include material from the teapot in Alice in Wonderland, and none of the 13 cards on Topps' checklist lists a teapot, though Topps' preview of Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter Vault Autograph Relic shows a piece of blue-and-white china, so that material may be on the autograph relics instead. Either the checklist is missing some Vault Relics or the sheet's Vault Relics lines are off.
  • Vault Autograph Relics. The base line at 1:92 puts about 95 cards in packs across all five signers, against 250 if every one matched the 50/50 Jude Law preview. The Black /10 at 1:312 is barely more common than the Red /5 at 1:364 and works out to about 28 of 50 printed. 1:312 is also the Magic Montage Bronze figure, so it could be a slip.
  • Immortal Autographs. The SuperFractor line works out to seven 1/1s and the Red to about 33 copies, more than six cards could make, so the sheet counts Tom Holland's card. The Black at 1:153 works out to about 57, which is 95 percent of six cards' worth but 81 percent of seven. The Rose Gold has no run on the sheet; 1:87 works out to about 100 cards, about 14 per signer.
  • Two lines print 1:XX. The Vault Autograph Relic Triples Gold and the Vault Cut Signatures Gold, Ron Miller's card, have no figure. If each is a single 1/1 in packs, it would fall about once in 8,725 boxes.
  • The packs add up to more than one card. Read as printed, the Pack 1 lines add up to about 1.02 cards a pack and the Pack 2 lines to about 1.04 autographs, more than rounding to the nearest number explains on Pack 2, so the short-line estimates above are more likely a little high than low.

The rarest pulls

The two 1:XX lines aside, the toughest line on the sheet is the Vault Autograph Relic Duals Gold at 1:4,363: two cards, Hathaway and Depp, and Thompson and Theroux. With no base version on the sheet, the 19 Blacks, 10 Reds and two Golds make about 31 Duals in all. The single Molony, Anderson and Law Triples card comes to about 39 copies in packs (about 24 base, 10 Black and 5 Red) plus its 1:XX Gold. Counting every Gold and the Immortal SuperFractor, the odds put about 344 one-of-ones in packs and toppers (347 if the Vault Relics Gold line is taken as printed), about one every 25 boxes, before the two 1:XX lines and the sketch cards.

What to watch

Vault Disney's draws closed October 21. The things we're watching: whether Topps adds Vault Relics to its checklist or revises those odds, figures for the two 1:XX lines, the first serial numbers on Black and Red cards and on base versions (the 50/50 Jude Law preview says at least some are numbered), the Immortal Rose Gold run, and whether Gems of Wonder turn out to be numbered. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

The full checklist and every parallel with its print run and odds are on the 2026 Topps Vault Disney release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
