2026 Topps Neon Marvel: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Neon Marvel: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown

2026 Topps Neon Marvel released October 14, and Topps posted the odds sheet the same day. It runs 133 lines across five columns: Hobby, Value Box, Mega Box, Super Box, and a bonus pack that comes inside the Super Box. Like most sheets it lists odds and no print runs. This one gives away more than most, though. The autograph lines pin down exactly how many packs of each format were made, and from there we can check every numbered parallel, estimate the cards that carry no number, and see how many copies of each numbered card the odds actually put in packs.

The checklist

The base set is 200 cards, from Iron Man at #1 to Mary Jane at #200. Every base card also comes as a Chrome Neon Etch variation, and the first 100 get a Super Box Design variation that only comes in the Super Box bonus pack. Twenty base cards have a Marvel Rivals Image Variation short print, tied to the Marvel Rivals game: Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Magik, Emma Frost, Jeff the Land Shark and Luna Snow among them. Not counting sketch cards, the checklist runs 710 cards across 19 subsets.

The regular inserts:

  • Glow Up, 20 cards.
  • Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, 20 cards from the animated series.
  • Marvel Snap, 20 cards, plus a 16-card Marvel Snap XL set that Topps lists as a Super Box box topper.
  • Manga Madness, 10 cards of original art by Rose Besch and Leirix.
  • Pet Avengers Assemble, 10 cards: Lockjaw, Throg, Jeff the Land Shark, Lucky the Pizza Dog and friends.

Topps' checklist groups five more as case hits: 1 Up (10 cards, two characters on each), Marvel Murals (6 cards of Tristan Eaton's street-art portraits), Neon Heroines (12), Neon Villains (10) and Neon Tarots (12). Marquee Motion (11) is the lenticular insert.

The autographs:

  • Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Voice Actor Autos, 13 signers from the show's cast, including Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Hudson Thames (Spider-Man), Ettore "Big E" Ewen (Bulldozer), Kari Wahlgren (May Parker), Mick Wingert (Iron Man) and Robin Atkin Downes (Doctor Strange).
  • Giant-Sized Booklet Autographs, 10 booklets of Bella Rachlin's original art, each signed by Rachlin: Mister Fantastic, Galactus, Spider-Man, Human Torch, Ghost-Spider, Iron Man, Dark Phoenix, Thor, Thanos and Storm.
  • Manga Madness Autograph Variations, 10 cards signed by the insert's two artists, five each.

Sketch cards round it out, with 136 artists on Topps' list.

The formats

  • Hobby: 20 packs of 5 cards, 12 boxes to a case, $109.99 a box on Topps' site. Topps lists two numbered parallels per box, and the odds agree. Hobby is the only place to find the Sparkle Foil ladder and the Chrome Neon Etch cards, which fall 1:10 packs, about two a box.
  • Mega Box: 10 packs of 5 cards, 20 boxes to a case, $49.99. Topps lists one numbered parallel per box, and the odds agree.
  • Value Box: 7 packs of 5 cards, $24.99. The odds work out to one numbered parallel in about every four Value boxes.
  • Super Box: Topps hasn't posted a configuration. The sheet gives it two columns, the regular Super Box packs and a Super Box Bonus Pack. The bonus pack holds the Super Box Design variations, five a pack, with their own numbered ladder, plus a Red and Blue Foil base parallel. The regular packs add Magenta Foil, and the Marvel Snap XL box toppers are Super Box only. The odds point to four regular packs and one bonus pack per box. More on that below.

Value, Mega and Super Box share the Diamante ladder, which skips Hobby. Topps' own store had the Hobby, Value and Mega boxes listed as sold out by October 15.

Topps' sheet doesn't print serial numbers, but the odds back up every print run in these tables. Multiply any tier's print run by 200 cards and by its Hobby odds, and the whole ladder lands on the same number, about 13.88 million, from the Yellow /275 to the FoilFractor. A wrong print run would stick out by its own percentage. The serial numbers on the cards we've seen fit too: a Spider-Man at 1/5, a Wolverine at 001/150, and a Chrome Neon Etch Silver Surfer at 01/10.

The Neon Villains cards are listed as numbered to 99, and the odds fit a /99 the same way the foil ladder does.

The Marvel Snap XL odds only make sense per box, which fits Topps listing them as box toppers. The base XL card comes in about one of every three Super Boxes. The Gold /50 falls 1:832 Super Boxes, the Orange /25 1:1,664, the Black /10 1:4,198 and the Red /5 1:8,450, and the FoilFractor reads 1:XX.

The autographs

Giant-Sized Booklet Autographs101:1,039-1:8,3161:20,7891:41,5781:200,960

Sketch cards fall 1:352 Hobby packs.

Autographs lean hard on Hobby. Hobby is about 19 percent of the packs in this product but gets about 60 percent of the autographs. In Hobby, an autograph falls about once every nine boxes, a sketch card about once every 18, and one or the other about once every six boxes, or two a case. In a Mega Box it's about one autograph per 61 boxes, and in a Value Box about one per 241.

How many packs the sheet covers

The autograph lines are the key. In the Value column, the autograph FoilFractor line is 1:1,694,000 packs, which is one copy. Every other numbered autograph line in that column is the same number divided by a whole number of copies: 1:423,500 is four, 1:188,222 is nine, 1:77,000 is 22. The Mega and Super Box columns work the same way, and so does Hobby: 1,205,760 Hobby packs is exactly six Booklet FoilFractors at 1:200,960 and eight Voice Actor FoilFractors at 1:150,720.

Those counts are the only ones that fit. The only other counts that work in each column are exact multiples, and those would put more autographs in packs than were signed. Add each tier back up across the four formats and it comes back to its print run, or just under it: all 10 Booklet FoilFractors, all 13 Voice Actor FoilFractors, and 97 to 99 percent of every other numbered autograph tier.

FormatPacksBoxesCases

Mega Box778,40077,8403,892
Super Box2,568,888642,222-
Total6,247,048

Every count divides into whole boxes, and Hobby and Mega divide into whole cases of 12 and 20, a good sign the box counts are right as well.

The parallels back it up. At these pack counts, every numbered parallel that runs in all four formats comes out to a whole number of cards in packs, and every one is split the same way: 9 percent of the copies to Hobby, 16.5 percent to Value, 23 percent to Mega and 51.5 percent to Super Box. That one split reproduces the odds for every one of those lines, in all four columns.

The Super Box is four packs plus the bonus pack. Topps hasn't posted the configuration, but the bonus-pack design ladder and the Snap XL box toppers only come out to whole numbers, at the same rate as the rest of the sheet, if each Super Box holds four regular packs and one bonus pack. At three packs a box, the box toppers would run past their print runs. That puts the Super Box at about 642,000 boxes.

Hobby is about 60,000 boxes, 1.2 million packs and about 6 million cards. Hobby, Value and Mega together come to about 18.4 million cards, and the Super Box adds 2.6 million packs on top of that, whose card count Topps hasn't listed.

Not every numbered card is in a pack

Those whole numbers come out a little under the print runs. The odds put about 96.5 percent of each numbered parallel tier in packs, and on the small tiers the gap is a flat three cards:

TierPrintedIn packs
Base Red Foil /5 (200 cards)1,000965

10-card insert Red /55047

The Hobby-only Sparkle and Chrome Neon Etch ladders, the Super Box design ladder and the Snap XL box toppers show the same gap, and the Diamante ladder runs about a point lower, so it isn't a format missing from the sheet. The autographs are nearly complete: every autograph FoilFractor is in packs, and the numbered autograph tiers are 97 to 99 percent in.

The sheet doesn't say what happens to the rest. Topps' note on the sheet says a subject being in a set doesn't guarantee it appears in every parallel, so some characters may simply skip a tier, or a few copies of each tier stay out of packs. Either way, only three Marvel Murals FoilFractors are in packs, not six.

Copies per card

Base cards: after taking out the parallels and inserts that fill pack slots, each of the 200 base cards exists in about 74,000 copies from Hobby, Value and Mega alone, and about 124,000 if Super Box packs also hold five cards. Each character also has 2,181 numbered base parallels across the four ladders (1,398 in the all-format foils, 259 Sparkle, 265 Chrome Neon Etch and 259 Diamante), and the first 100 add 265 more in the Super Box design ladder.

The unnumbered chases

The same pack counts estimate the cards with no serial number: packs divided by odds, added across the formats, divided by the number of cards in the set.

The sketch cards are one of a kind, and the odds put about 6,000 of them in packs across the 136 artists.

The Red and Blue Foils are the sleeper. At about 25 copies of each card, they're as scarce as an Orange Foil /25, and the sheet doesn't list a print run for them. Neon Tarots and Marquee Motion, at 130 to 140 copies per card with no serial number, are scarcer than a Blue Foil /150.

The most common lines here (Rainbow, Diamante, Sparkle and the 1:20 inserts) rest on small odds that Topps rounds, so those figures are looser than the rest.

The rarest pulls

The toughest line on the sheet is the Marvel Murals FoilFractor at 1:4,465,778 Hobby packs, almost four times the Hobby packs that exist. The odds put three of them in packs across the whole product, and only about a quarter of one in Hobby. Next are the FoilFractors on the 10-card inserts (1 Up, Manga Madness, Pet Avengers and Neon Villains) at 1:1,913,905 Hobby packs, seven of each in packs.

Among the autographs, the Booklet and Manga Madness FoilFractors fall 1:200,960 Hobby packs, six of each ten in Hobby, and the Voice Actor FoilFractors fall 1:150,720, eight of the 13 in Hobby. The base FoilFractor is 1:69,416 Hobby packs, about one in every 3,500 Hobby boxes.

Topps left three cells on the sheet as 1:XX: the Chrome Neon Etch SuperFractor, the Super Box Design FoilFractor and the Snap XL FoilFractor. If they follow the rest of the sheet, the SuperFractor falls about 1 in 6,250 Hobby packs, the design FoilFractor about 1 in 6,700 Super Boxes and the Snap XL FoilFractor about 1 in 49,000 Super Boxes.

What to watch

Neon Marvel released October 14. The things we're watching: Topps posting the Super Box configuration, the first Red and Blue Foils to see whether they carry a serial number, the first numbered Neon Villains to confirm the /99, and the three 1:XX cells. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.

The full checklist and every parallel with its print run and odds are on the 2026 Topps Neon Marvel release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
