2026 Topps Heritage Football: The Complete Odds, Parallel, and Print Run Breakdown
2026 Topps Heritage Football released October 21, and Topps posted the odds sheet the same day. The checklist has been up since September 30. The sheet runs 86 lines in four columns (Hobby, Value, Mega and Fat Pack), with odds per pack and no print runs. Two hobby-only lines count one-of-ones directly, the Walter Payton cut signatures and the Flashbacks Autographed Relics Patches, and they pin the hobby run at 2,054,880 packs, or 102,744 boxes. The retail columns can't be pinned as tightly, but the sheet still checks the print runs in our data, turns up a few that don't hold, and gives a count for most of the cards with no print run.

The box
Topps' product page lists the hobby box at 8 cards per pack and 20 packs per box, 160 cards, with one autograph or relic card per box and 12 boxes to a sealed case. The Value box is $24.99 for 8 packs of 8 cards, with Value-exclusive Sparkle parallels. Topps' product pages list only the hobby box, the case and the Value box, with no hobby box price and no configuration for the Mega Box or the Fat Pack, so the retail figures here stay per pack.
The Mega column also covers the Mega Box, which we list as its own release. Its exclusives on the sheet are the Red Border and the Chrome Silver Sparkle, each 1:5 packs.
The hobby odds back up the one hit per box. Add up every autograph, autograph relic and relic line in the hobby column and it comes to about 1.07 a box: about 0.80 relics and 0.27 autographs (counting autograph relics and cuts). So about three in four hobby hits are relics, and an autograph turns up about once every 3.8 boxes. Rookie Lineage Relics alone, at 1:40 packs, is one every two boxes.
Retail packs hit far less often. A hit of any kind falls about once every 88 Value packs (about one every 11 Value boxes), once every 59 Mega packs and once every 52 Fat Packs.

The checklist
Topps' checklist runs 30 sections, and the base design is 1976 Topps Football.
The base set is 400 cards. Topps' list shows 408 names because it puts two players under each of the eight League Leaders numbers, #201 to #208. The set opens with eight 2025 Record Breakers (Myles Garrett, Cam Little, Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes II, Brandon Aubrey, Isaiah Rodgers, Trey McBride and Jacoby Brissett), has the AFC and NFC Championship Games at #331 and #332 and Super Bowl LX at #333, and carries 32 Team Cards from #351 to #382. Topps tags 100 base cards as rookies, among them Fernando Mendoza, Jeremiyah Love, Carnell Tate, Jordyn Tyson, Ty Simpson and Makai Lemon. Love and Mendoza are each in 16 of the 30 sections.
All 400 base cards also come as a Base Card Chrome Variation. (Topps' Chrome list prints #142 twice and skips #259. One of the two, Aidan Hutchinson, is #259 in the base set.)
The variations:
- Image Variation, 50 cards, 19 of them rookies.
- No Name Variation and Flipped Helmet Variation, 20 cards each.
- Legend Variation, 10 retired players: Fred Biletnikoff, Terry Bradshaw, Dan Fouts, Walter Payton, Jack Lambert, Joe Theismann, Fran Tarkenton, Drew Pearson, Archie Manning and Roger Staubach.
- Black and White Image Variation, 30 cards, 10 of them rookies.
- Alternate Jersey Variation, 20 cards.
The inserts are All-Pro Series (24 cards, which Topps says pays homage to the 24-card 1976 Wonder Bread set), The Expansion (28 cards, for the 28 teams in the league in 1976, per Topps), New Age Performers (20, four of them rookies), Through the Years (20, from Jack Lambert to Cam Ward) and Sweetness (eight running backs, from Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders and Eric Dickerson to Bijan Robinson, Jahmyr Gibbs, Derrick Henry, Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey).
Counting the autograph relics and the cuts, there are 296 signed cards from 137 signers:
- Real One Rookie Autographs, 45 rookies, and Real One Autographs, 39 players.
- Heritage Rookie Autographs, 36 rookies.
- Base Card Chrome Autograph Variation, 33 players, 15 of them rookies.
- Founding Era Ink, 27 rookies.
- Classic Renditions Autographs, 26 players, from Jalen Hurts, Bo Nix and Caleb Williams to Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Mike Vick, Randall Cunningham and Howie Long.
- Gridiron Collection Relic Autographs and Rookie Lineage Autographed Relics, 23 rookies each.
- Locker Room Autograph Relics, 20 players.
- Bicentennial Relic Autographs, 15, including Earl Campbell, Eric Dickerson and Thurman Thomas.
- Flashbacks Autographed Relics, four: Dan Fouts, Drew Pearson, Roger Staubach and Terry Bradshaw.
- Cut Signatures, five Walter Payton cut autographs.
The relics are Rookie Lineage Relics (40 rookies), Gridiron Collection Relics (25 rookies), Locker Room Relics (21) and Real One Relics (five: CJ Stroud, Cam Ward, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels and Saquon Barkley).
Then there's the Walter Payton Rookie Redemption: 34 redemptions for real 1976 Topps Walter Payton rookie cards, graded one PSA 10, three PSA 9s, five PSA 8s, 12 PSA 7s and 13 PSA 6s.
The base parallels
Odds per pack. Topps prints no runs on the sheet, so the runs below are the ones in our data:
| Parallel | Print run in our data | Hobby | Value | Mega | Fat Pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dark Gray Border | - | 1:3 | - | - | - |
| Dark Green Border | - | - | 1:5 | - | - |
| Red Border | - | - | - | 1:5 | - |
| Dark Yellow Border | - | - | - | - | 1:2 |
| Black Border | - | 1:122 | - | - | - |
| Bicentennial | /200 | 1:528 | 1:190 | 1:202 | 1:95 |
| Flip Stock | - | 1:1,227 | - | - | - |
| Color of the Year | /76 | 1:1,389 | 1:500 | 1:531 | 1:250 |
Each format gets its own color border: Dark Gray Border in hobby (roughly seven a box at 1:3), Dark Green Border in Value, Red Border in Mega and Dark Yellow Border in Fat Packs.
Color of the Year and Bicentennial check out against each other. In every column, the Color of the Year odds are 2.63 times the Bicentennial odds, and 200 divided by 76 is 2.63. Both sit mostly in retail. A Value pack is about 2.8 times as likely as a hobby pack to hold either one, and a Fat Pack about 5.6 times, so hobby packs hold only about 1,480 Color of the Year cards and 3,890 Bicentennials, about 5 percent of each run. Using the retail estimates further down, the odds put roughly 29,100 to 30,100 Color of the Year cards and 76,500 to 79,200 Bicentennials in packs, 96 to 99 percent of a /76 and a /200 on all 400 cards.

Black Border and Flip Stock are hobby only, with no run in our data. At 2,054,880 hobby packs, the Black Border's 1:122 is about 16,800 cards, about 42 of each if all 400 have one, and the Flip Stock's 1:1,227 is about 1,675, about four of each. The Dallas Cowboys Team Card below is a Black Border, with no serial number on the front.

The Chrome ladder
Odds per pack for the Base Card Chrome Variation and its parallels:
| Version | Print run in our data | Hobby | Value | Mega | Fat Pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chrome Variation | - | 1:3 | 1:5 | 1:5 | 1:2 |
| Refractor | - | 1:11 | 1:18 | 1:19 | 1:9 |
| Light Blue Sparkle | - | 1:3 | - | - | - |
| Pink Sparkle | - | - | 1:5 | - | - |
| Silver Sparkle | - | - | - | 1:5 | - |
| Aqua Sparkle | - | - | - | - | 1:2 |
| Blue Refractor | /150 | 1:190 | 1:304 | 1:323 | 1:152 |
| Green Refractor | /99 | 1:288 | 1:460 | 1:489 | 1:230 |
| Black Refractor | /76 | 1:375 | 1:600 | 1:637 | 1:300 |
| Gold Refractor | /50 | 1:570 | 1:912 | 1:969 | 1:456 |
| Orange Refractor | /25 | 1:1,141 | 1:1,825 | 1:1,939 | 1:912 |
| Red Refractor | /5 | 1:5,728 | 1:9,163 | 1:9,736 | 1:4,582 |
| SuperFractor | 1/1 | 1:27,490 | 1:43,978 | 1:46,726 | 1:21,989 |
Every tier is spread over the same 400 cards, so if the runs are right, each tier's run times its odds should come out the same. In the hobby column, the Blue is 150 times 190, or 28,500. The Green is 28,512, the Black 28,500, the Gold 28,500 and the Orange 28,525, all within a tenth of a percent, and the Value, Mega and Fat Pack columns line up the same way. A wrong run would stick out: a Black at /75 would come to 28,125. So the runs in our data hold, and the Black is a /76.
Two lines sit off the pattern. The Red comes to 28,640, half a percent high, and the SuperFractor to 27,490, about 3.5 percent low, which means the SuperFractor line has more of its run in packs than the numbered tiers do. More on that below.
A numbered Chrome parallel of any color falls about once every 70 hobby packs, or one every 3.5 boxes. Per pack the Fat Pack does best (one every 56 packs), with Value at one every 112 and Mega at one every 119. Hobby holds about 75 of the 400 SuperFractors, fewer than one in five.
The variations
Odds per pack:
| Variation | Cards | Hobby | Value | Mega | Fat Pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image Variation | 50 | 1:80 | 1:128 | 1:136 | 1:64 |
| No Name Variation | 20 | 1:200 | 1:320 | 1:340 | 1:160 |
| Flipped Helmet Variation | 20 | 1:200 | 1:320 | 1:340 | 1:160 |
| Legend Variation | 10 | 1:400 | 1:640 | 1:680 | 1:320 |
| Black and White Image Variation | 30 | 1:14,560 | 1:14,560 | 1:14,560 | 1:5,824 |
| Alternate Jersey Variation | 20 | 1:21,840 | 1:21,840 | 1:21,840 | 1:8,736 |
The first four are seeded alike. Each comes to about 514 copies of each card in hobby packs: 2,054,880 packs divided by 80, then by 50 cards, and the same for 200 and 20 cards or 400 and 10 cards. In hobby that's an Image Variation about every four boxes, a No Name and a Flipped Helmet about every 10 each, and a Legend about every 20. Their retail odds follow the Chrome ladder's pattern exactly (Value 1.6 times hobby, Mega 1.7 and Fat Pack 0.8), so the Chrome SuperFractor count carries over: about 2,750 copies of each card across all four formats, if all 400 SuperFractors are in packs.
The Black and White Image and Alternate Jersey variations are a different tier. Each comes to about 4.7 copies of each card in hobby packs, one every 728 and every 1,092 hobby boxes. Their odds are the same per pack in hobby, Value and Mega, and 2.5 times better in a Fat Pack. Using the retail estimates further down, each card comes to roughly 39 or 40 copies in all.
The inserts
Odds per pack. The Holo parallels are hobby only:
| Insert | Cards | Hobby | Value | Mega | Fat Pack | Holo (hobby) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-Pro Series | 24 | 1:21 | 1:33 | 1:35 | 1:8 | 1:83 |
| New Age Performers | 20 | 1:25 | 1:40 | 1:43 | 1:10 | 1:100 |
| Through the Years | 20 | 1:25 | 1:40 | 1:43 | 1:10 | 1:100 |
| Sweetness | 8 | 1:63 | 1:100 | 1:106 | 1:25 | 1:250 |
| The Expansion | 28 | - | - | - | - | 1:71 |
The four regular inserts come to about 4,100 copies of each card in hobby packs. Per pack, a Fat Pack is about 2.5 times as likely as a hobby pack to hold any of them. Each Holo line is about a quarter of its insert's hobby rate and comes to about 1,030 copies of each card, all of them in hobby.
The Expansion has only the Holo line: 1:71 packs, about 1,030 of each of its 28 cards. The sheet has no line for a regular version.

The autographs
Hobby odds per pack. "Base" is the version with no border or color:
| Set | Signers | Base | Black /76 | Gold /50 | Orange /25 | Red /5 | Pink 1/1 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heritage Rookie Autographs | 36 | 1:4,536 | 1:942 | 1:1,351 | 1:2,631 | 1:13,214 | 1:64,602 |
| Founding Era Ink | 27 | 1:4,893 | 1:1,244 | 1:1,820 | 1:3,640 | 1:17,753 | 1:86,136 |
| Classic Renditions Autographs | 26 | 1:1,592 | 1:3,461 | 1:2,631 | 1:3,788 | 1:18,458 | 1:89,449 |
On these three sets the colors are Borders (Black Border, Gold Border and so on). The runs are the ones in our data, and the Jadarian Price at the top of this piece, a Gold Border numbered 08/50, fits the Gold.
The Chrome autographs (33 signers) run Base 1:1,128, Gold Refractor /50 1:1,658, Orange Refractor /25 1:3,419, Red Refractor /5 1:14,445 and SuperFractor 1/1 1:82,195. Real One Autographs fall 1:1,504 with a Red Ink version at 1:1,163, and Real One Rookie Autographs 1:972 with Red Ink at 1:1,027.
The numbered Border autographs sit almost entirely in hobby. On every Black, Gold, Orange, Red and Pink Border line, and on the Real One Red Ink and the Chrome Red Refractor, the Value odds are about 50.7 times the hobby odds, the Mega odds about 30.6 times, and there's no Fat Pack line. The versions with no border are mixed. Classic Renditions and the Chrome autographs stay mostly in hobby. The three rookie sets are easier to find per pack in every retail format: Real One Rookie Autographs fall 1:375 in Value, 1:384 in Mega and 1:189 in Fat Packs, against 1:972 in hobby. Real One Autographs run about even with hobby in Value and Mega (1:1,571 and 1:1,722 against 1:1,504) and nearly three times better in a Fat Pack (1:529).
A Value pack is about three times as likely as a hobby pack to hold a Heritage Rookie Autograph with no border (1:1,502 against 1:4,536), and a Fat Pack (1:753) about six times. In hobby it runs the other way: a Black Border /76 (1:942) is almost five times as likely as the version with no border.
The relics and autograph relics
Hobby odds per pack:
| Set | Cards | Base | Red | Patch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rookie Lineage Relics | 40 | 1:40 | 1:25,048 | 1:119,191 |
| Gridiron Collection Relics | 25 | 1:100 | 1:40,624 | 1:193,372 |
| Locker Room Relics | 21 | 1:206 | 1:48,831 | 1:230,205 |
| Real One Relics | 5 | 1:13,208 | 1:219,741 | 1:966,861 |
| Rookie Lineage Autographed Relics | 23 | 1:1,205 | - | 1:89,343 |
| Bicentennial Relic Autographs | 15 | 1:1,870 | - | - |
| Gridiron Collection Relic Autographs | 23 | 1:4,198 | - | 1:89,343 |
| Locker Room Autograph Relics | 20 | 1:5,100 | - | 1:108,152 |
| Flashbacks Autographed Relics | 4 | 1:24,741 | - | 1:513,720 |
| Cut Signatures (Walter Payton) | 5 | 1:410,976 | - | - |
| Walter Payton Rookie Redemption | 34 | 1:100,729 | - | - |
The relics run in every format, at about 6 times the hobby odds in Value, 3.2 times in Mega and 4 times in Fat Packs. The autograph relic Patches, the Bicentennial Relic Autographs and the cuts are hobby only. The other autograph relic lines follow the Border autographs (about 50.7 and 30.6 times hobby in Value and Mega, no Fat Pack). The Payton redemption is in all four: 1:1,600,094 Value, 1:736,050 Mega and 1:374,485 Fat Pack.

How many packs the sheet covers
The Walter Payton cuts are the key. There are five on the checklist, Topps' product page shows the first one numbered 1/1, and the sheet lists them in hobby only, at 1:410,976 packs. Five times 410,976 is 2,054,880. The other hobby-only one-of-one lines say the same:
| Line | Cards | Odds | Cards x odds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cut Signatures | 5 | 1:410,976 | 2,054,880 |
| Flashbacks Autographed Relics Patch | 4 | 1:513,720 | 2,054,880 |
| Gridiron Collection Relic Autographs Patch | 23 | 1:89,343 | 2,054,889 |
| Rookie Lineage Autographed Relics Patch | 23 | 1:89,343 | 2,054,889 |
| Locker Room Autograph Relics Patch | 19 | 1:108,152 | 2,054,888 |
The Locker Room Autograph Relics set has 20 cards, and Topps' product page shows a Cam Ward Patch numbered 1/1, but the odds only fit 19 Patches. With all 20, the line would read 1:102,744. One of the 20 looks to have no Patch, which Topps' note on the sheet allows for: a player on the checklist isn't guaranteed to appear in every parallel.
So the hobby run is 2,054,880 packs. The two exact lines allow 2,054,879 to 2,054,882, and 2,054,880 is the only one that makes whole boxes. At 20 packs a box that's 102,744 boxes, at 12 boxes a case 8,562 cases, and at 8 cards a pack about 16.4 million cards.
This sheet rounds to the nearest whole pack, not up. The autograph lines show it. Their Pink Border one-of-ones put 23.0 of 26 Classic Renditions, 23.9 of 27 Founding Era Ink and 31.8 of 36 Heritage Rookie Autographs in hobby packs, 88.4 percent of each. At that share the Founding Era Ink Red Border comes to 131 cards in all, 115.7 of them in hobby, or one every 17,753.2 hobby packs. The sheet prints 1:17,753. Rounded up, it would read 1:17,754. The Chrome autograph Red Refractor (161 cards, one every 14,445.2 packs, printed 1:14,445) and the Locker Room Autograph Relics base (456 cards, one every 5,100.2, printed 1:5,100) only work out to whole cards the same way. So the counts in this piece are central figures, good to about half a step of the odds either way, not floors.
The Value, Mega and Fat Pack columns have no one-of-one line of their own, so they can't be pinned the same way. Solving them from the lines with a known count that run in more than one format (the Chrome SuperFractors, the Chrome autograph SuperFractors, the Pink Borders, the relic Patches and the 34 Payton redemptions) gives roughly 7.4 to 8.6 million Value packs (about a million Value boxes), 3.1 to 3.6 million Mega packs and 1.4 to 1.5 million Fat Packs. Treat those as ballpark figures. They put about four Value packs out there for every hobby pack.
Not every numbered card is in a pack
If all 400 Chrome SuperFractors are in packs, the odds put about 96 percent of every numbered Chrome tier in packs across all four formats, from about 57,900 of the 60,000 Blue Refractors /150 to about 1,920 of the 2,000 Red Refractors /5. There can't be more than 400 SuperFractors, so about 96 percent is the most the odds allow. Either a few copies of each tier stay out of packs, or some cards skip a tier.
The autographs can be counted across formats too, since every numbered Border line splits the same way. If every Pink Border one-of-one is in packs, 88.4 percent of each line is in hobby:
| Tier | Heritage Rookie Autographs (36) | Founding Era Ink (27) | Classic Renditions (26) | Chrome autographs (33) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Black /76 | 2,469 of 2,736 (90%) | 1,870 of 2,052 (91%) | 672 of 1,976 (34%) | - |
| Gold /50 | 1,721 of 1,800 (96%) | 1,278 of 1,350 (95%) | 884 of 1,300 (68%) | about 1,600 of 1,650 (97%) |
| Orange /25 | 884 of 900 (98%) | 639 of 675 (95%) | 614 of 650 (94%) | about 775 of 825 (94%) |
| Red /5 | 176 of 180 (98%) | 131 of 135 (97%) | 126 of 130 (97%) | 161 of 165 (98%) |
| 1/1 | 36 of 36 | 27 of 27 | 26 of 26 | 33 of 33 |
The Chrome autograph Gold and Orange have a Fat Pack line and split differently, so those two counts lean on the retail estimates. Everywhere else, the Gold, Orange and Red tiers run 94 to 98 percent. The one-of-one row is an assumption, not a result: it's what sets the split. The Black Border /76 lines are the least complete, about 90 percent on Heritage Rookie Autographs and Founding Era Ink.
Classic Renditions doesn't fit. Its Black Border line puts 672 cards in packs, about a third of 26 signers at /76, and its Gold Border, at 884, is about two thirds of /50. That Gold line is also identical, in all three columns, to the Heritage Rookie Autographs Orange Border line (1:2,631, 1:133,479 and 1:80,509), which could be a slip on the sheet. Some Classic Renditions signers may simply not have a Black or Gold Border. Until serial numbers turn up, treat those two lines as unsettled.
The relic Reds are /5. The relic Patches are one-of-ones in our data, and their odds put 42.5 percent of each set in hobby packs (10.6 of the 25 Gridiron Collection Patches, 8.9 of 21 Locker Room and 2.1 of 5 Real One). At that share, the Red lines come to 119 Gridiron Collection Reds, 99 Locker Room, 22 Real One and 193 Rookie Lineage, about 4.4 to 4.8 per card. That fits a /5, with 88 to 97 percent in packs, in line with the Red /5s on the autographs and the Chrome. A /15 would put only about 30 percent in packs. Unless the relic Patches aren't one-of-ones, the Reds are /5.
The Red Inks don't fill a /76. Our data lists both Red Ink versions at /76. The Real One Autographs Red Ink odds split like the Border autographs and put about 2,000 in packs, about two thirds of the 2,964 a /76 on all 39 players would make, or about 26 players' worth. The Real One Rookie Autographs Red Ink comes to roughly 2,450 using the retail estimates, about 72 percent of 45 players at /76. Either some players have no Red Ink or part of each run stays out of packs. Topps' photos of a Josh Allen and a Kenyon Sadiq Red Ink show no serial number on the front.
The cards with no print run
All-format counts for the lines that split like the Border autographs use the 88.4 percent hobby share. The rest lean on the retail estimates, so treat those as rough:
| Card | Cards | Copies of each card, all formats |
|---|---|---|
| Flashbacks Autographed Relics | 4 | about 23.5 (94 in all) |
| Locker Room Autograph Relics | 20 | about 23 (456 in all) |
| Gridiron Collection Relic Autographs | 23 | about 24 (554 in all) |
| Classic Renditions Autographs | 26 | about 56 (about 1,460 in all) |
| Chrome autographs | 33 | roughly 71 |
| Bicentennial Relic Autographs | 15 | about 73, all in hobby |
| Rookie Lineage Autographed Relics | 23 | about 84 (1,930 in all) |
| Founding Era Ink | 27 | roughly 220 to 230 |
| Heritage Rookie Autographs | 36 | roughly 260 to 270 |
| Real One Autographs | 39 | roughly 280 to 290 |
| Real One Rookie Autographs | 45 | roughly 870 to 900 |
| Base Red Border | 400 | roughly 1,500 to 1,800, all in Mega packs |
| Chrome Silver Sparkle | 400 | roughly 1,500 to 1,800, all in Mega packs |
| Base Dark Gray Border | 400 | roughly 1,700, all in hobby |
| Chrome Light Blue Sparkle | 400 | roughly 1,700, all in hobby |
| Base Dark Yellow Border | 400 | roughly 1,800 to 1,900, all in Fat Packs |
| Chrome Aqua Sparkle | 400 | roughly 1,800 to 1,900, all in Fat Packs |
| Chrome Refractor | 400 | roughly 2,400 to 2,500 (about 470 in hobby) |
| Base Dark Green Border | 400 | roughly 3,700 to 4,300, all in Value packs |
| Chrome Pink Sparkle | 400 | roughly 3,700 to 4,300, all in Value packs |
| Chrome Variation | 400 | roughly 9,100 to 9,300 (about 1,700 in hobby) |
| Base set | 400 | roughly 34,000 in hobby packs and 130,000 to 150,000 in Value packs |
The base set has no line of its own, so its count is what's left of each 8-card pack after every other line on the sheet: about 6.6 base cards in a hobby pack and 7.2 in a Value pack (Topps doesn't list cards per pack for the Mega Box or the Fat Pack, so neither is counted). The 1:2, 1:3 and 1:5 lines are short enough that the sheet's rounding alone could move their counts by a tenth (1:5) to a third (1:2).
The scarcest autographs with no print run are the base versions of the Flashbacks, Locker Room and Gridiron Collection autograph relics, about 23 or 24 copies of each card, about as scarce as an Orange Border /25. At the other end, the Real One Rookie Autographs base version is the most common autograph in the product, roughly 40,000 in all. Like the other rookie autographs with no border, most of it comes out of retail packs: hobby holds about 5 percent of the Heritage Rookie Autographs and Real One Rookie Autographs base versions and about 7 percent of Founding Era Ink.
On the relic side, with the Patch as a one-of-one, the odds put about 3,000 copies of each Rookie Lineage Relic in packs (about 1,280 in hobby), about 1,930 of each Gridiron Collection Relic, about 1,120 of each Locker Room Relic and about 73 of each Real One Relic.
The rarest pulls
The toughest line in a hobby pack is the Real One Relics Patch at 1:966,861, about one in 48,000 hobby boxes. There are five, one each of Stroud, Ward, Maye, Daniels and Barkley, and hobby gets about two of them.
Next are the Flashbacks Autographed Relics Patches at 1:513,720 (four cards, all in hobby, about one in 25,700 boxes) and the Walter Payton cuts at 1:410,976 (five cards, all in hobby, about one in 20,500 boxes).
The Walter Payton Rookie Redemption falls 1:100,729 hobby packs, about one in 5,000 boxes, and the odds put about 20 of the 34 graded Paytons in hobby. The rest are spread across Fat Packs, Mega and Value.
Across the product, the lines listed as one-of-ones add up to 688 cards: 400 Chrome SuperFractors, 33 Chrome autograph SuperFractors, 89 Pink Border autographs, 91 relic Patches, 70 autograph relic Patches and the five cuts (687 if the Locker Room Autograph Relics really are one Patch short). Hobby packs get about 290 of them, about one every 350 hobby boxes. A Chrome SuperFractor alone is about one every 1,375 hobby boxes.
What to watch
The things we're watching: the first serial numbers on the relic Reds, on the Color of the Year and Bicentennial parallels, and on the Classic Renditions Black and Gold Borders; the first serial numbers on the Red Inks; whether The Expansion has a regular version, since the sheet only lists the Holo; and Topps' configuration for the Mega Box and Fat Pack. We'll update this piece if any of that changes.
The full checklist and every parallel with its print run and odds are on the 2026 Topps Heritage Football release page, and you can track what you pull in HobbyMonitor Collections.
